"I just opened an account with A4C.com. I placed an order and had a problem at check out with my visa security check progress...it denied my password the first try. So i used my personal visa instead of my business one. The payment went through. Later somehow the Visa security system kicked in and approved my original card. I ended up with a double order and both cards were charged. Customer supporst took care of everything. I kept the delivered items that were charged to my business. They handled everything. I will be sent an RMA to return the duplicate items and my personal account will receive the refund.

"LIVE AND LEARN. If what you want is a new and unblemished product, you might want to look elsewhere. The USB power charger I just received is scuffed and scratched and certainly does not have the appearance of being new. It was OEM, but not so sure the car charger is. Only wish I'd read the reviews here before placing an order with A4C.com. It is a mistake I won't knowingly make again. "

Horrible Experience with A4C....This company seems to be working out of a closet somewhere in New York. They did not ship my product on-time and were out of stock on 1 of the items I ordered. They sent me an email informing me they were out of stock after I called twice and tried to find the status of my order.
The first time I spoke with a representative she told me that my full order will be shipped the next day, which it was not. The staff is not well informed, the company is unorganized, and they do not understand the concept of customer satisfaction.
The service representive was uneducated and took 15 minutes to figure out what was going on with my order. Maybe they still use pencil and paper to track orders. I spoke with a manager who would not admit to the mistake and delay in shipping. Seems like this crappy company is managed by a lazy idiots who don't work on jewish holidays.
I will never order from them again and I will make sure that others don't as well."

Everything arrived well-packed and in good shape. No complaints at all (and they didn't ask me to write this review). "Bought a LG BP540 3D Blu-ray Disc Player w/ Universal Remote (Refurbished). Worked perfectly before the warranty ran out (90 days) and it started giving me issues. When contacted they just plainly say contact the manufacturer and I dont think the manufacturer even covers the warranty. Perfect way to screw your customer. Never buy refurbished products from this merchant. "
"After checking the first bunch of reviews, I didn't see anyone who tried to write a review on their actual website. DON'T! I wrote a review on their own website with a 1.5 (2 at best) rating and they DIDN'T publish it. Why? Because they have a couple of suckers that will write a good review because either A) they are affiliated with the website or B) they don't know any better, and it entices people to buy their products because hey "it got a 4-5 star rating" (just search a4c on google then go to their website and you won't find anything less than 4 stars). They will ONLY publish 4 or 5 star ratings on their website which I'm sure there's a law for?
I bought 2 of the Orbo JR tablets as Christmas presents for my twins and they arrived as expected. Opened the first one and it seemed to have all the original packaging and a screen protector to keep it from getting scratched. The second one, however, was lacking most of the packaging the first one was wrapped in, the screen had bubbles on it, didn't have the screen protector the other one had and it had finger prints all over it. I assumed I was getting a new item, not refurbished. The screens on these things were the worst possible screens that you could use for a tablet. When turned vertically, because they are TFT screens, would give me a splitting headache. My daughters didn't seem to mind so much. One of the chargers that this came with took about 6 hours or more to charge the tablets and the other one didn't work at all. My phone charger charged these things within about 2 hours. When you used them, the most you could get out of them was 4 hours or less.
I shipped the apparently used Item back to them which I had to pay for and they would reimburse me, since it was an international order they couldn't give me a shipping label for the return. The initial email sent was ok, I got a response fairly quickly until it was sent out, then afterwards I had no responses whatsoever to any of my emails. A week or so had passed and I sent out another email inquiring about my item and they responded again with a tracking number. This tracking number had not been entered into the courier's system until about 2 weeks after it had been sent to me. I was lucky I had even received the new one before Christmas.
All around bad experience with these people and I would not recommend them or any of their products to anyone, ever."

"The WORST POSSIBLE customer service experience I have ever had - and I've dealt with uncommunicative companies in Asia with a language barrier.
After not receiving the whole order, one item was defective. That item is "on back order" now.
Well over a month of back and forth, with some delays of over a week between responses from them, before a "resolution", without them doing as I asked. And I will never get the defective item replaced, and have STILL not gotten the missing item.
I would never, ever, ever order from them again.
