"I bought 3 ipad 4 16gb and they shipped them all quickly I was shocked when I opened the first one the front webcam wasn't even visible and the glue was falling off bc the screen was not secured. Also the home button was pushed all the way in. So That went right back in the box.
The 2nd one was okay and passed my tests except they don't have any apple marking on the back so who knows if it is real or not? So I open the 3rd one and I almost go blind b.c. there are 2 huge starbursts on the inside of the screen when you turn it on. Kind of like someone sat on it.
They do package these very well so there was no shipping damage. They just send out crappy ipads!
So I sent 2 back and am now on week 3 of waiting and they don't answer you right away it takes 3 days to get a 1 line response. I don't even think these people are human!
So 3 weeks later I get a email saying they shipped 1 of the replacements. What about the 2nd one? NO RESPONSE!!
I am so glad I bought these on my amex cards so I am protected but still what if this replacement arrives and is complete junk as well. PLEASE AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS! THEY JUST REALLY SUCK AT WHAT THEY DO!
I think some chinese people from california own the company and they are working out of the Bronx in new york. They don't respond and are not personable at all.
I noticed they have 99% fb on ebay but if you look at the last month they have had over 400 negative reviews similar to many like mine where people have received broken items and they send it back for replacement and it takes 3 weeks to a month! By the way ebay policy is 6 days to get a replacement sent back to you. Ebay really sucks too they have made it impossible to get any customer service from anyone as well. AVOID AVOID AVOID. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I wish somone would have warned me. Next time I will Google all sellers I buy from. I dont trust anyone of them anymore!"

"I have a bad experiment with A4c.com. I ordered a cell phone battery from a4c.com on Friday, Dec 12. The online company gave me tracking number which is 4000074515137273630045684474 (USPS tracking number). I used this to track my order on USPS website. The tracking number, however, didn't work. USPS website gave me a message, "DO NOT FOUND". Today, Wed Dec 17 (5 days later) at 10 AM, it is still the same. The tracking number does not work. I began to contact a4c.com on Mon Dec 15 after 2 PM, asking them to provide me a valid tracking number. They didn't reply. On Tue Dec 16, I called a4c.com after 5 PM. Nobody answered the phone, and I left message for them. I asked them to call me back and provide me with a valid tracking number. They didn't call me back. Wed Dec 17, I called a4c.com at 11:00 AM. After waiting 10 minutes or so, a lady answered the phone. I asked her for a valid tracking number. She put me on hold to look for some info. When she returned, she said, "We don't provide tracking number for a cell phone battery". I said, "I have an email sent by a4c.com. In that email, a4c did provide me with a tracking number". Then she disappeared again. When she came back, she said, "It's not a tracking number, it's a shipment number". I said, "No. In the email, a4c.com provided me three different numbers: order no, shipment no, and tracking no. Your statement cannot be right". She disappeared again. When she returned, she said, "It's not a tracking number. It's a confirmation number". I said, " You and I know very well: confirmation number and tracking number are different. If it's a confirmation number, why it is shown as a tracking number." She went on, saying, "I already explained to you that it's not a tracking number". I told her, "I need a tracking number in order to find out if your company actually shipped the item, and when I will receive it. Can a4c.com give me a valid tracking number?". She answered, "USPS does not offer tracking number". "Wow, it's so ridiculous", I thought. I said, "No. You kept telling me wrong things. I just used the tracking number which was provided by your company, and checked it on USPS website. USPS did offer tracking service. Since your answers are all wrong, I think something is fishy here. "I received my A4C order six business days after the order was placed.
I charged and tested the product as soon as it was delivered. After connecting the bluetooth headset to several devices, using different audio software, and troubleshooting with help from the users manual, I was able to confirm that the product was defective.
The defective condition in which I received the bluetooth headset was really disappointing as A4C clearly states on their web site that all refurbished products must pass a multi-step process to ensure that they operate as intended. A simple hearing test would have determined that this product was defective before it was even shipped to me.
I did as instructed on their returns web page and emailed the A4C Support Team every day since the defective headphones were received five days ago. I finally gave up and called the direct line. After waiting on hold for over 20 minutes I was issued a return label and told that a replacement would be shipped that day. As instructed, I called their direct line again the following morning and was told that the product was now out of stock and the order had not shipped as promised. I was again instructed to call back the next day to see if a replacement was found and was able to ship out. After five days of no email response and having to constantly call, I was told today that a replacement was shipped out, but was not shipped out using expedited shipping.
I am really in need of a working pair of headphones, and am now forced to wait even longer due to the lack of proper customer service from A4C. I can now only hope that the replacement bluetooth headset that has been shipped was properly tested and will not also be defective upon receipt. This is definitely not a great first time shopping experience with A4C."

I bought a 16gig galaxy tab 2 from them and recieved an 8 gig galaxy tab 2.. thats a huge problem, the only resolution they gave me was to seend the tablet back and pay shipping and customs charges not only once but TWICE!!! They said once they recieve the table they will then send me the right tabet! Ill be paying almost $100 in fees when ive already spent $100 for the tablet and $50 in shiping and customs fees!!!!! that is what they claim on their page about refurbished items but i can assure you that is a load of lies(lies is not the original word i would use) they're pitching. i just bought sony walkman mp3 player a 60 year old woman that im a coworker with. So i give her the walkman the same day i receive it and then the very NEXT day she gives it back and asks me how it works because she cant get it in to turn on. So i assume she just doesnt know how to power the device on so i charge it up and try to power it on myself,even looking up the instructions manual pdf. i wait an hour then try to turn it on,again, nothing happens so i pull out the charging cable and what do i see? i see horribly messed up charging port. I dont have an "expert team" or am a "skilled technician" myself BUT it doesnt take someone with a fancy title to take one look at this charging port and tell that its crap and will not charge ANYTHING. so please tell me how they overlooked this SIMPLE/NOTICEABLE problem if they have such expertise and skills. furthermore they say they test these products to make sure they work......ummm is that would be a bunch of lies as well because right from the start the mp3 wouldnt power on anyways so what kind of tests and inspections have they REALLY done? who knows but i can promise it wasnt as extensive as they claim. now im sure there are people who have bought refurbished items from them with no problems but i want to say those people could be lucky that they had no real damage for them to "refurbish" it. Also if you look for them on ebay and look at their complaints you'll see the there are many people with similar complaints. So be very careful if youre going to buy a refurbished product from these guys. cross your fingers and hope it wasnt really damaged before these guys got a hold of it and pawned it off to the next unlucky soul.
