I can't understand why someone who has done business with ABS & NewEgg for almost 4 years has such a hard time getting credit terms with your company. I recently placed the order listed above and I was expecting delivering to find out that it was not coming because I exceeded my credit limit. I then had to find out on my own when my order did not arrive and then put it on a credit card because I needed to install the equipmnet. I have purchased over $250,000 worth of equipment from your companies and have never not paid. I do not understand why I cannot get a credit limit of at least $10,000 - $15,000. I think that someone needs to review my purchasing history with your companies and set a reasonable credit limit for my company to purchase goods.

"My wife and I bought this computer for my son just before Christmas and I have to say the ABS computer is without doubt the Best PC company I have ever dealt with handsdown. We were trying to get delivery before Xmas, it was down to the wire, and the great people in Customer Care and all the way up the line were just very understanding, honest, and helpful. My son has been overjoyed with the way his PC works.. he is totally satisfied the way it performs. Being a gamer he is perhaps more critical than either my wife or I and he has had nothing but compliments for the way his demanding games lke HALO , etc. play. From what can the PC appears very well made, was very securely packaged, was delivered just as Customer support told us it would be, and worked flawlessly right out of the box. This is the 5th computer I have purchased in about 5-6 years and our 1st ABS ....... it is without doubt the BEST EXPERIENCE we have had with any PC maker. I recommend ABS to our friends and anyone who asks. My next computer will be an ABS. If I seem overly enthusiastic .. it is because I have had a number of "bad" experiences with other PC companies, and quite simply The ABS experience from ordering to delivery was flawless."

"I have had a great experience with the tech guys from this company. I bought a new computer and was trying to work out problems I was having. Each tech would try a different approach and finally one gave me the clue that I had not installed my mouse/keyboard software and that was the problem. Though they didn't specifically find the problem, there persistance payed off at the end. Plus, I did learn a lot about problem-solving in the process. My personal thanks to them all."
"Purchased my computor 3/25/02. Chose all components myself. Developed boot and operating problems in Nov/Dec 2003 that were unable to be corrected by phone. Shipped back to ABS for repair. It came back with a new upgraded motherboard(nForce2 with SATA etc.) and a new 120mb HD, 20mb larger than the one I had.
Aside from the excessive time between contacting their Tech Support screner and actually speaking with a technician, I haven't got any compaints."
"I ordered an ultimate X5 Pentium 2.6 with all upgraded video,hard drives and memory. I was very pleased with the packaging and appearance of the unit. I recieved it very quickly. The Klipsh sound system and the sidewinder joystick followed the next day. The X5 with the Intel Mobo booted up well and was ready to configure my personal operating settings. All worked fantastic. About a month went by before I actually used the legacy Floppy drive. It would not read a formatted floppy, so I trouble shot it with the helpful Aid of the Tech Department.
The problem was with the drive, within 3 days they sent me A new drive! It works great!

"Best computer manufacturer I have ever worked with. Quick shipment. I have owned Apple and Compaq and they can not compare for service or price. It terms of expandibility, ABS is unrivaled. You receive a complete system and if you want it is completely updatable. This new computer is my second ABS computer. I still am using my 1999 Win98SE. It still works fine and I am using both computers at this time. ABS customer service is excellent, price is unbeatable and support is professional. I will recommend ABS to all my friend, acquaintances or co worker. I only wish the company I work for would consider ABS instead of IBM."

"Good pc - good price. Excellent packaging and owners binder. All CDs and books included and arranged nicely.
Tech support - so far, NO GOOD. I have sent several emails regarding the included HalfLife games problems, switching screens AND AntiAliasing not working. No reply.
I have also sent several emails about my being unable to install my External Serial Modem.
ALSO NO REPLY as of yet.
The warranty sticker was NOT on the back of the PC as it is supposed to be - I finially found it in the warranty envelope, in time to register for the warranty."
