"When we realized we could not install the item without significant additional cost and work, we asked for an RMA. The email came with a warning that we needed to return the item in the exact box it had come in. There was no warning or reminder when we made the purchase, or received it, to keep the box as it would be the only way to return the item. The reason? The bar code is printed on the box. When I asked to print a label with the bar code and attach it the box, they refused and said that was not their policy. Note that the box I got was already cut at the dotted line and came right off when we opened it. This is a gimmick to not accept a return. I would not trust this company again. In fact, if you send a return to them and they don't like it - they will leave it on their dock for ten days and then throw it out if you don't pick it up. I'd hate to work for a company with managers that devise policies like this. "
