"This company is awful, buyer beware!! Ordered items on Sept. 7, given the run around with supposed ship dates, claims to be lost in mail, told would resend and still never received the products. Now they won't answer their phone. The AF Tactical website says they are not taking any new orders and to contact them via the website with questions. Sounds to me like they took our money and ran. Thank goodness for credit card dispute forms. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I used Vanguard who expedited my order and I had within 4 days! Now just waiting for a refund."

"Absolutely worst customer service I have ever encountered!! Ordered two items from them on 9/24 and called the company two days later to confirm whether the items were processed to ship once I received a confirmation email of order. Employee on the phone stated that my order was to ship the next day. Did not even receive a confirmation email and again I contacted the company several times to cancel my order but this time no one answered the phone- even during business hours. Luckily my credit card company will investigate the situation and refund my money. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!"

it summarizes the aftactical, realized a purchase order 100004552 seven months ago a dear clock that never arrived, but arrived a clock lower quality and much cheaper, I sent an email explaining the mistake of order, asked me to send right back to the problem was remedied, I sent another watch and they received me and informed me that they would reimburse since March await my purchase, I do not know what else to do!!

VERY disappointed in this company. Put my order in for one patch on sept 4, got a conformation email saying they would send me another email when it gets shipped. I am still waiting on that email and it is september 20 now. Also they were quick to take out the money, they did take the money out on the 5th of september. With reputable companies like Amazon, they dont take the money out till the item is SHIPPED! I have also call AFTactical many times and no one ever anwsers the phone, I have also left messages and no one has responded. I am disgusted that they would treat our servicemen and women like this!! I guess I will just have to contact the Better Business Bureau. Will never buy from there again or reccomend to all the military people I know.

I bought a Condor chest rig. They charged my card and sent an email about when the rig will be shipped. Of course the rig never came and I called many times to get my money back. I had to call my credit card company to fight them for the refund.

I never got my order when promised and tahnkfully my credit card company took care of the refund.

"I ordered a pair of boots on Sept. 3, 2012. On the 4th I got an email from AF Tactical giving me an order number and telling me that I would get an email telling me when the boots shipped. They billed my credit card on the same day, Sept. 4, but Mastercard says the payment was for GROCERIES. I called AF Tactical today, Sept.7 on the number they gave on the email and their website, ***-***-****. There is no answer, just a recording that says the number is temporarily out of service, and to call back later, I sent them an email, and have received no response. I am turning this over to Mastercard to get my money back. I would strongly suggest that you steer clear of AF Tactical. PS, the only shipping option was Priority Mail, so I got cheated out of another 20 dollars. I needed the boots for work, one pair I have blew out, and I thought it would be good to get the boots fast. Boy was I wrong."

"My husband ordered a coat from AFTactical. They processed payment on my card but never shipped the coat. We tried calling them and got a recording stating that they were already closed - before their stated closing time. We called the next day and got a recording stating the number was temporarily unavailable. I opened a dispute with Paypal. Oddly enough, we got a quick response from the company stating that they were issuing a credit memo. However, the credit memo wasn't in the full amount that we were charged. I sent them a notice back stating that they needed to refund the full amount. Then we got an email stating "We apologize for the inconvenience, this jacket was on back order. It will ship out tomorrow if you're still willing to wait. Please let us know how to proceed." Are you kidding me!!? I asked for a full refund. We will see how this goes . . ."

"I placed an order on July 28, 2012 with AFTactical. Although there were many other companies I could have placed my order with, I chose AFTactical for their pricing and reviews off Google that I read that seemed to be good.

I contacted them August 1st (yesterday) and wrote a email to their customer service department in regard to when my order would be shipped. It has now been almost 24 hours and I have not gotten a response. I have never had this type of problem before with a company. Most companies, like Amazon, Buy.Com, anyone with a good reputation and understanding that it is the customers and their customer service that makes or breaks them would have responded by now.

After reading reviews from Resellerratings, I know that I will not be receiving my order and this company is nothing but a scam and a bunch of people that want to take people's hard earned money and throw it down the trash. I cannot tell you how livid I am that it will do this to military personnel and their families.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am in the process of talking to my credit card company. I will reorder my product from somewhere else and would like to receive a full refund for my order. I do not understand how a company can receive so many low reviews and still be able to be considered ethical enough to run a business. I am very disappointed and will be telling everyone I know to not order from this unethically run company."
