"I recieved my shipment sooner than I anticipated, opened it up to find everything was exactly as I had seen it on the website. As the owner of Tactical Solutions (www.TSOPLAN.com) I count on my tactical gear to hold up to any abuse I can put it through. "I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. My experience thus far:

1. Jan 8th. Place order on website, which notes item is in stock.
2. Jan 16th. No correspondence yet from AFTactical. Call to see when order will ship. Am informed it's out of stock (still says "In stock" on the website) and will take 2 weeks to arrive from manufacturer.
3. Jan 30th. Follow-up with AFTactical. Shipment still hasn't arrived. Will take another week.
4. Feb 3rd. Follow-up with AFTactical. Shipment has arrived from manufacturer, but not in the color I ordered. Mine should be coming in the next week.
5. Feb 10th. Follow-up with AFTactical. Shipping manager will have details on my order, so they will call me back. They do not call me back.
6. Feb 14th. Follow-up with AFTactical. Am told again that shipping manager will have details on my order, so they will call me back. They do not call me back.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced when shopping online.

"Customer service was very nice at first. I called to confirm that it was ok to order two sizes each, of a coat and a pair of boots to ensure a proper fit. They told me that was fine, and there would be no problem returning the off sizes for a refund. They even gave me a discount code for being a veteran, which did not work at the checkout, but no big deal. I was a little nervous at first, when the order took over a week to ship, but they sent it FedEx 2 day, so I couldnt complain. I returned the items that didnt fit by USPS within the week i received it, wich is somthing I wont do again, as that took 3 weeks from IL to NY. Not their fault, but I felt like i was getting brushed off when I would call to see if they had received it. It has been over a week since they confirmed that they got the package, and my refund has not been creditied to my credit card. Ive called a few times to inqire why, as Im essentialy paying double the interest rate on my card, as this transaction is going on two months now. Ive been told on my last three calls that they would check with the accounting department and call me right back. Ive never recieved a call back, and Im defanatley getting brushed off now. I would recomened knowing what sizes you need if your going to order, and dont need them fast. I might consider ordering from them again, if they have a decent reason for the delay, and actually refunds my money, but we will see how that turns out. Fair warning "

"Ordered a Condor STRYKE Sling for my AR-15 on January 17th. Talked to customer support on the 20th, they said it would ship out that day. Called again on the 23rd, said it would ship out the next day. Called again on the 24th, they said it was shipped and I would get a tracking number. Called again today (26th) and they said it was set to ship today. Horrible customer service, and extremely slow (if they even send me my sling). Finally got shipment notification and my sling is on it's way. After talking to customer service again, they are willing to give a discount for the troubles. I can't say that these problems happens all the time as a lot of people haven't had problems."

"Very reliable and quick. I said I needed the product befor i went to base at the end of the week and it was at my door step right when I wanted it. Definitely isn't a scam like armed forces mcss and i highly recommend it for your tactical needs. I picked up a condor assault pack and condor alpine jacket and couldn't be more satisfied. "I only ordered a couple Multicam name tapes, but they are by far the best quality ones I've ordered. I am VERY happy with AFTactical and the quality of their materials and craftsmanship. After the order was complete they were shipped to my duty station (a Navy vessel) and arrived rather quickly considering the time it usually takes.. I will definitely be ordering from them again!!"

"I had a horrible experience with this company. I ordered a $85 jacket on the 14th of December. I was hoping to get it by Christmas and according to the online availability this was the ONLY website with the size and color I needed so I ordered it. Called a few days before Christmas to let them know I had not received a shipping receipt and wanting to know where my jacket was. I was told that they had been back ordered but they were going to get them in within the next few days and would upgrade my shipping for free so that I could get it by Christmas. Christmas comes and no box. My boyfriends b-day was on the 30th of December so I just figured I'd get it by then. I called them a few days before his b-day and I was told once again that they were back ordered but expecting a shipment and I would get a FREE upgrade on shipping to have it to me by the 30th! Again the 30th comes and goes with no box. I called yesterday Thursday January 5th and told them I was tired of being lied to. I spoke with Chris apparently one of the managers and he told me that they were getting a shipment next week and he would upgrade the shipping for FREE (I've been told this three times now). I asked for anything else they could offer me for the run around and he told me that the man who had told me I would receive my product was no longer working for the company because he had several complaints about him. Beyond this I was offered a 10% discount being $8 OR the upgraded shipping valued at $22. I continued to tell Chris that I only bought from this website because they stated the item was in stock. All of the other websites were offering 10-15% discounts during Christmas with FREE shipping. He explained that it was company policy and he was sorry there was nothing more he could do for me. I then proceeded to tell him I wanted to cancel my order and get a full refund and this is how it ended.

Moral of my story, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE--DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
