I sent three email inquiries, three voice mails, over few days period but no responses asking for estimated delivery. Made me wonder if this company is scam. If I do not receive any response, I will contact my credit company and ready to contest. I checked review and it seems are many of similar complains. I will not recommend this company to anyone. "

"I am NOT satisfied and this website is a SCAM!!! So ok I was looking for reasonably priced boots to order because I hate the standard issue military boots. When I searched discount military boots I saw the site aftactical.com an I was like heck ya the boots I want are $30 cheaper so I ordered some altama exo speed boots from aftactical.com on June 27th, 2012 I had received a confirmation email showing my order # and the item I wanted so all was well. I waited a few days an I hadn't received my shipping/tracking email so I called them on July 3rd, 2012 they told me that my boots were scheduled to ship that day so I was like ok makes sense it's only been 5days since I placed my order. But I still hadn't received my shipping/tracking email so at this point I was like what the hell is going on here. So as of today July 9th, 2012 I called them back to check on the status of my order this Latin mexican guy (that I swear I spoke with on the 3rd) placed me on hold for a good 4min. an proceeded to tell me it is scheduled to be shipped today....this is where I went off the deep end. I order boots expecting them to be here in a certain amount of time so while I was waiting for the new ones I went ahead and discarded my old boots an now I'm without boots. This is where it gets interesting an similar to a prior post above mine.
I called on July 3rd 2012 I follow the prompting voice to direct me to customer service. I seriously rang and rang for 5min an then it finally decided to tell me to leave a message. I was like screw that I wanna talk to someone NOW. So I hungup and called back and selected the 2nd option (government orders) an what do ya know someone answers. So I was like ok I am calling to check the status of my order. I called in on July 3rd and was informed that my boots were shipping that day....here it is the 9th. So then I asked this guy to let me speak with his supervisor or someone above him and he told me there was no one above him to speak to other than him. Ok so then I remembered the 4min hold while he spoke with his "supposed" shipping supervisor so I asked him to let me speak with him an he placed me on a brief hold an then came back an said that the shipping supervisor isn't available I was like YOU just spoke to him not even 2min ago. I was like is there ANYONE aside from you that I can speak with and he said NO...ok if your selling merchandise and have a customer service number and all this other crap why ISN'T there anyone else to speak with? at this point this got really fishy and I immediately started to feel like I am being scammed. So I told this guy I want my money back and that I am never ordering from them again an I asked him how long it would take to get the money back in my checking account and he said 1-2 days so I said to him if its not there on the 3rd day I am calling my bank to file a complaint. (but after I got of the phone with this scuzz I had already called my bank and informed them of whats going on and told them I didn't feel right about this.)
So then after I got off the phone with my bank I got on my computer to look up reviews on this AFTACTICAL.COM and the first 3 results I got all said "SCAM, RIP-OFF, FAKE" this only makes me wanna kick myself in the butt because I should have looked up a review BEFORE I placed the order. So my advice to all of you is IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IS ALMOST ALWAYS IS AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE IT'S A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! I am just thankful I placed this order using the internet on my phone so I don't have to worry about problems with my laptop.
I've also contacted my local FBI and police department cuz this scuzzy website not only has my credit card information but also my physical address.
STAY AWAY AND DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!!!!!

I'll remove my review or update it in a positive note once I receive a full refund of my money equalling $107.04 and the boots. I've also been checking the status of this package an it still stays its initiated an hasn't been picked up yet by FedEx.

Also I just called FedEx and they informed me that only a shipping label was made an that the package isn't in their possession meaning you haven't shipped it yet. Anthony assured me that I'd have the boots by the 12th and I informed him that it was pertinent that I do because I had already discarded my old boots after I placed my order. If I do not have them by Friday I will not change my review.

Well, the only thing that I received was a refund to my card in the amount of $107.04 I have still been tryin to track this package and it STILL hasn't been picked up my FedEx. So all I can say to the AFTACTICAL personnel is that if you strive to please maybe you should hold up to your end of a bargain!!! because the proof is right here that your word means NOTHING!!

"AFTactical is a joke. Despite the great looking website, its a sham. Its just lipstick on a pig. I ordered $160 worth of equipment on May 23. I never received a shipping confirmation as promised And my order still said processing so on May 29 I sent an email to customer service requesting one. Nothing, no call no email no nothing. So on June 1 I called customer service, no answer. So then I called retail sales, Surprise! Someone answered, guess they will take your money with no problem. So I talk to some guy, I asked about my order and he put me on hold for 5 minutes and came back to tell me that it was being held up because of an item is on back order and the wanted to ship it all together. I made no mention of the web site listing it as in stock, He then says that the order will ship on Monday or Tuesday. I said, ok so the back ordered item is in or is that coming later? He replied that it will be shipped at a later date and to expect a tracking number when the main order ships
Monday. Here it is tuesday afternoon June 6 and no tracking number. Just tried to call customer support, no answer. I can respect a guy starting his own business, that takes guts. But you have to support the operation and build solid relationships with your customers. This guy is in over his head and obviously needs help on the customer support side of things. I hope it works out for him and his future customers but right now it isn't looking good. I'll update things as they progress.
June 7, Left a message yesterday for them to email or call me, nothing. So I called again today, no answer so I left another message requesting a call back again.
June 8, still no shipping confirmation or returned email, frustration is mounting.
June 11, called again no answer, no returned call. Im starting to think ill never see my items or my $160 again. As a veteran I highly encourage my fellow vets to be weary of this company.
June 12, I called again, no answer, no returned email
June13, still no answer or returned call.
June 14, they still won't answer the phone
June 15, filed a complaint with the BBB and informed my financial institution of the fraudulent charge. At least I'm getting my money back but these people are frauds.
June 19, after getting the BBB and my financial institution involved the BBB informed me that a portion of my order was reimbursed and the remainder shipped and scheduled for delivery on the 25th, I guess we will see if anything shows up. Still haven't heard directly from AF Tactical.
June 25, half my order showed up and the other half is on back order. The only was I even got half was because I filed a complaint with the BBB and my banks fraud department. My bank got $107 back for me from AFTactical. I also had my bank put a block on Them so they don't steal from me in the future. 32 painful days later the issue is resolved, stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"What a nightmare this has been. Everything I ordered said was in stock online as of 5/11, well I didn't get any kind of notice os shipping so I contacted them. Well thats when it gets bad, I used their help desk to ask about my order on 5/17, received a reply on 5/18 stating that it would ship out on monday 5/21. So I thought okay cool, well my items were never ship and I haven't received any notice from them at all and now I get no reply's from the help desk. So now I just went ahead and contacted the BBB to get the ball rolling on getting my money back. Since I used our bank debit card I need proof for them to do a charge back on my card to get money back. Stay far away from this company and ignore the plant 5 stars to make this company look good. "

"I ordered a watch on 4/3 and got email saying it was back ordered and would ship the second week of April. I never received the item and contacted them on 5/12 to get a refund. They stated they tried to get in contact with me and were unsuccessful(yeah right). it is now 5/24 and still waiting for a refund after being issued a credit memo on 5/17. This company is a joke. Their prices are cheap for it is for a reason, they lack the customer service other companies have. Please don't buy from them, it is not worth the hassle. "

"Terrible costumer service and unethical company. Placed an order and specifically bought 16$ guaranteed 2 day Fedex shipping on a couple of patches weighing no more than an ounce or two. The shipping was more than the patches, which was fine, if i would have received them in time. Gave them a week to get my guaranteed 2 day FedEx order to me, and it never came. Didnt answer email all week, and finally shipped it out four days later with USPS cheapest route (probably about 1.50$ shipping). Finally got a hold of them. I live 4 hours from their warehouse and still didnt receive it. They sound like a bunch of foreigners on the phone who barely speak english. Terrible business trying to rip off our service men/women.
EDIT: They offered a refund on shipping if i removed this review. I told them to refund first, but they declined and reported this post as a fraudulent. I sent resellerratings.com my receipt and they reactivated. I never received the promised refund. These guys are thieves and shady. Look at all the "positive' reviews. The user profiles were created that day, and its their only post. Its obviously employees loggin on and leaving fake reviews. BEWARE"

I've placed multiple orders some filled the next day some partially on backorder, but they always have gone leaps and bounds to make me happy. "Very unhappy customer. I Placed my order on April 2nd. Didn't get a notification if my order shipped. Emailed them on April 6th. Was told it would ship out the following week. Still didn't receive an update so i emailed them again on April 17. Did not get a reply so i called them on the following day. Finally they told me my order shipped that morning and about 2 minutes after i hung up the phone i receive a reply to my 2nd email and an order update with tracking number. I look over my invoice and notice i paid for fed ex home delivery but my tracking number was from usps. I didn't care at that time as long as i got my package. April 13th i get a package. I open it and only half of my order is there. I called them and they told me my order was sent in 2 different packages. They failed to give me a tracking number for the 2nd item and now it is April 17th, still haven't received my other item. Sent another email and now waiting for a reply.
If you need anything from aftactical in a timely manner i would suggest finding what you need somewhere else. I believe that if i hadn't contacted or called them i would not have had my order shipped out. Stay away from aftactical.com"
"Customer service that aims to please. I ordered a set of mulitcam name tapes and a set of gloves. The Name tapes were top notch and arrived in a reasonable time. The gloves however were back ordered and did not come with the shipment. After we found out that they would be back ordered for quite some time they upgraded me to the better set of gloves free of charge!"
