"absolutley horrible, I still have not received my merchandise. It has been 3 weeks since I ordered. I have tried calling and no one ever answers. I have email and all I received was an automated message. I have requested numerous times for a refund because this has been a horrible experience. I really want to take my business somewhere else. I still have yet to hear anything back from a real associate to give me any kind of details for anything that has to due with my order GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!"

"I ordered on Dec 6, called on the the next day (Dec 7), was told my order shipped that day (Dec 7). I got an email from FedEx on Dec 13, stating they picked it up on Dec 13, a WEEK AFTER I ordered it. I called their customer service and was told that they remembered that I called the week before and would refund my shipping. Customer service made the things right and made the purchase worth returning for continued patronage. "

"Loved the gear and it got to me quickly. I called with a question and it was resolved to my satisfaction. The only negative was that when I sent an email question via the "contact us" option, I never recieved a return answer. My husband ordered me an item that was on back-order and they communicated with him through the whole process...loved that peice, too! "

"All's well that ends well. I had a mess with my order but in the end I blame it on unfortunate circumstance not negligence, and AFTactical went the distance to fix the problem, and then some, so I trust their intentions and would order again. The initial mess: AFTactical charged my credit card for the full price of my order on the date of my order, and at the time of my order, their website indicated that my item was in stock and available to ship. A few days after my order, I had not received any tracking information, and re-checking their website showed my item now listed as out of stock. I contacted AFTactical by phone and was told that my item was back-ordered for 3 weeks. Their representative offered to send a different size or different color that were in stock, but I explicitly declined those options. Instead they promised that they had, while I was on hold on the call, contacted the manufacturer/distributor to have the item drop-shipped directly to me to save time, and also applied a discount to the item for the delay. A few days later I called and found that there had been an oversight in the drop-shipping and in the refund and nothing had happened. Their rep immediately express shipped me a different size (I may not have been emphatic enough that I did not want this option), but didn't make it crystal clear that I wasn't being sent the original item. When I realized it I told them to stop that shipment and cancel the order, and I was pretty upset at this point and made that clear. Their solution was to completely refund the order and still ship the different sized item. That's going the distance for customer service, and based on that I wouldn't hesitate to use AFTactical again, although to be completely honest I would call ahead to confirm my item was in stock. Thanks."

"I placed my order on 24 November 2011. I received a confirmation for the orderthe same day, however, on 10 December 2011 (Afghan time) I receive and email stating my item was just shipped. That is 15 days. I was
expecting it was on its way. I will be returning this. It is unacceptable not to be notified that the item will not ship for 15 days.

"DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE!

They've set me up. I've placed several orders there, everything was fine exept for the slow processing speed, then one time I've ordered a Soft Shell jacket for my friend, and I had to wait a LONG TIME to get my order. But it was unpleasant surprise - they've send me L instead of M. In the responce letter they promised me to add the right jacket to my next order. So I've made the next order, and jacket did not come. One time they replied me that they would send it later, and gone silent.

It was in spring, half a year ago, and they have been ignoring my e-mails since then, also they've blocked my account - I can't login with my e-mail even with the password change. I was polite and patient, I did not give them any reasons to do so.

So be warned.
