Part one
Ordered and wasn't informed that it would take a month as I ordered for Christmas I had to reach out to them to find this out. I then waited and didn't have gifts for some of my family because of this, not to mention I have to now pay the cost of shipping to two different states as I didn't come by Christmas. Then it gets here and it's delivered to the wrong address because someone sent the wrong address to fed ex even though I input the correct one.Then I was treated like I stole it and told that I needed to file a police report otherwise they wouldn't send me the replacement or my money. After all this I am understandably angry and just want my money then I am told they cannot give me my cash as they don't do refunds for promotions. This isn't ok to put the burden on the customer I paid them money I already worked for got screwed and then was told tough. It was their mistake yet I'm the one who was punished then at the end the offered me a twenty dollar gift card as recompense lol not even a upgrade just fyi twenty dollars for ar 500 buys literally nothing. So here I am to warn people of the slow death of the consumers that drive this economy and the soulless shells we keep propped up and it makes me even angrier that this is a American company shameful.

Lol knew I'd get that good old corporate answer trying to deflect your lack of competency. Actually y'all didn't inform me at all that this would take a month until you already had my non refundable money( not to mention if you actually read my complaint I told you you guys went past your five to ten days time for processing I had to reach out to you to find out about my order that your supposed to handle lol) I believe you are also forgetting that I am not the manufacturer or delivery service therefore it is not my responsibility, I did my part as a customer of providing currency and putting in the CORRECT information to get said product until it reaches me it is under your perview.This does not even mention how the staff treated me when I informed them it was to the wrong address your people told me that I would get nothing unless I made the report that is as far as I am concerned a threat or fraud attempt to take my money unlike y'all I work Damm hard for my bread. As for these cases being rare you are again wrong as it only took me half a hour (while at work ) to find many cases that were in fact similar. You probably don't know because they never go back to y'all lol. Then unlike any understanding company you did nothing for me after your mistake remember that it wasn't me son it was you I am not the company making millions a year selling steel lol I bet your product isn't even made here lol I bet y'all outsource to maximize you profit to keep your share holders happy and I hope you do a better job pleasing them than the actual customer base that brings you your prosperity like I said shameful and flat out child like to try and weasel your way out of blame be culpable for your mistakes and fix them that's how adults handle it
Part three well again you are very much obligated to do so since you charged me money for service you didn't provide so if you lost money that is entirely your problem that's the risk you take as a company I shouldn't have to explain this to you lol. You could please me by being better isn't that hard and take responsibility for your mistakes pretty simple by any standards don't know where y'all hail from but it obviously isn't here,and I am sure you got my order out in forty eight hours before the investigation was done why? Because you knew you messed up and now you act like a child that just **** the bed and is scared of the consequences lol. Also I wouldn't talk of abuse for if you wanna know what abuse is try paying five hundred dollars for something then get treated like a thief when it doesn't come. Then made to run circles to get what's mine and on top then told that we were not "obligated" to do anything lol that's more akin to abuse than me calling you out on your bad business practice and policy please keep digging that grave of incompetence. Please double down on stupidity "

"Long term customer. Whenever a deal comes along, I check our body armor to ascertain if upgrades are suitable for our needs. Easy to order. Good customer service. Timely shipping. Reasonable prices. Trusted company. I would like to see some ventilation pads that vertically affix to the carrier. The carrier already has “female” Velcro attached, ready to accept padded vent strips. The vent pads already being sold are too cumbersome and overpriced for rubber coated foam. There has never been a greater need for the average citizen to own body armor…AR500 is ready."

“We understand your concerns mentioned here. Your order did have a 2 week lead time on the products and we have a 5-10 day processing time for products that are in-stock due to the amount of orders coming into our system. This information is available on all our product pages and the lead time is shown on your order confirmation email that you receive when the order is placed. For the delivery, we would like to clarify that we did not do anything to change the address. Since you did not receive it, that is because FedEx misdelivered it to the wrong address and we have taken that up with FedEx. The tracking does show it was delivered and it also has a picture showing it was delivered. For such deliveries, it is our policy to ask for a police report for several reasons, but mainly it is because of the nature of the product as someone who steals body armor could use it for nefarious reasons which is a serious offence. Since it was misdelivered and has not shown up, it is our policy to resend the product as it was ordered. It is not our intention to punish our customers by resending products that were shown as delivered and rarely receive complaints for resending orders under these circumstances. We have already recreated the order and show that it was completed and will be on its way to you. We appreciate your patience and understanding. EDIT: Sir, we are not "corporate". We are, categorically, a small business, owned and operated in Phoenix, AZ. We are replacing your order at a loss to us even though we have no obligation to do so as it was shown as delivered, which is an effort to serve you because we do believe it is the right thing to do. We also ensured the the new order was expedited and it has already shipped within 48 hours, before the conclusion of FedEx's investigation, which is usually completed before we send a replacement order out. It is apparent that we cannot please you in this case. We have taken enough of your abuse calling us "soulless shells". We look forward to you receiving your new recreated order so that we at least know we upheld our portion of the transaction and we did what we could to try to make things right. We hope you find the armor company of your dreams and they can serve you where we have "failed".”
