“Yes. We completed your order on the 21st, within its allotted lead time and that is when you received the email that your order was shipped. Since then, we have had the trailer picked up by FedEx on the 22nd and again on the 29th of December. At this time, there appears to be a delay on FedEx's end for the scanning in of packages into their system. We apologize for this delay. We are doing everything we can to ensure that our customers get their packages in a timely manner with the most up-to-date information we can provide.
