"Well built computer for a great price. Second computer I have bought from AVA. Got almost 4.5 years from first one. This computer was packed super nice and started right up out of the box. Would order another one again. Can barely buy the parts and assemble for what they charge for doing all the work."
"I have built several computers in the last 20 years. My experience with Ava direct from the initial order through to delivery and after has been Phenomenal.
1. I shopped several vendors for my latest build which included all the newest and fastest components. Ava Direct was the only vendor that could meet all my specs (No Limitations. Other vendors limited what I could buy based on predetermined component matches. i.e. I required a Nvidia 3090 graphics card, most vendors matched it to a certain motherboard and I could not choose the motherboard that was necessarily the best. In addition to all this great service, the price was extremely competitive.
2. I dealt with Kyle who was very knowledgeable with every component and was a pleasure to work with. he also managed my expectations regarding build and delivery with each change. IN addition, after the sale was complete, the follow up and return calls were exception while waiting for the system to arrive.
3. the system was tested for a week before it was delivered. When the the system arrived it was crated professional and secure.
I simply unpacked the computer attached monitors and I was up and running. I would highly recommend Ava direct for anyone who needs a custom built computer with no restrictions on components.
I plan on buying all my future computers from Ava Direct."
"Offered the best customer service and parts at the time. Allowed me to customize my PC and get what was best for me even during the shortage. I compared them to PCpartpicker and the prices were even lower on some things. PC has been running amazing since I got it back in May. I haven’t had any issues with anything. Thanks for setting me up and I’ve been recommending you to all my friends!"
"When wanting a prebuilt computer you have choices like cyberpower/ibuypower but these are known to be terrible quality. They try and sell you their own brands which are awful. AVA Direct you pick and choose from actual name brands. It took a month from order to shipping which is good time especially during post COVID. Pricing was competitive and packaging was great. "
"In August of 2021, I set out on the journey of choosing a company to build a new desktop PC. I looked at all the companies out there, finally choosing AVADirect. AVA lived up to a company well worth having your next computer built. I received my build and was floored. My build was excellent. It lived up to all my expectations. Thank you, AVADirect. From the customer support to the A +++ craftsmanship. A clean build and perfect right out of the packing box. Professionally packed, including the accessories box. Easy first start-up instructions with no problems whatsoever. Not only am I thrilled with my build, but I am also very impressed. I want to share so if you've been considering a company to build your next computer, choosing AVA will be the right choice. Their website is easy to navigate, providing you with many component options for having your next computer built—well done, AVA. I certainly wish I could include pictures of my build with this review, showing AVA's craftsmanship.
In addition, the valuable extensive reports included to show the professionalism of the manufacture.

"I am a needy customer and they realllllly did above and beyond at answering my questions and even after I recieved a noisy PSU. They sent me a new one FREE.
WOULD BUY AGAIN!
LOVE MY RIG!"
"I went with AVA Direct for my new PC because they had by far the best price on the GPU I want, reasonable prices on all the other components, and a much better selection of component options than most other System Integrator companies such as Origin PC or CyberPowerPC. I used their online configuration tool to custom design a powerful, high end computer and paid through PayPal.
It took a long time to get the computer - from the time I placed the order to the time I received the computer was about 7 weeks, but I fully expected this going in due to the supply chain/shortage/logistics issues of the current economy. One of the AVA Direct representatives (Kyle) contacted me to inform me they were having issues allocating one of the components (the AIO CPU cooler), so we decided to go with an alternative one of similar quality and price. Shortly after that, the computer was built, tested and shipped.
It arrived quickly and in perfect working condition, having been packaged securely with protective foam around the outside of the computer and inside to help hold the internal components in place. It runs perfectly and it looks great - they did an awesome job managing the cables and arranging the fans for a nice clean aesthetic and optimized airflow.
If I ever need another computer custom built, I would definitely go with AVA Direct again. All in all, I give them a 10 out of 10 for the quality of their work, reasonable pricing, and large selection of components. "
"I will recommend this computer store for my friends custom computing needs. I will also buy from here in the future. "
"Hello, my name is Shawn Burns, and I am professional creative director, motion graphics animator, and graphic designer. You can view my portfolio of work at (www.aesthetix.art)
As many people know, trying to source parts to build your own PC workstation in 2020 or 2021 has been almost impossible to do in any short amount of time. You'll first have to try and find all your parts, including your GPU's, in my case, dual Nvidia RTX 3090 Founders Editions, and at MSRP, isn't going to happen. Cryptocurrency miners and GPU scalpers are making it depressingly hard to DIY your own build in any quick amount of time. At this point, the only viable option for me to find dual 3090 FE's was to do my research and consider going with a company who has direct access to GPU's and workstation components that the regular retail market doesn't have access to. In this case, I returned to AVA Direct for my second expensive workstation build. I had them build me a workstation in 2019, and at the time it was a dual 2080ti workstation build, and the time it took from purchase, to shipping, was about 3 weeks. In today's crazy pc part market, that would be great, but it just isn't the case. Originally I was quoted at a 4 week lead time from when I originally made my purchase for this workstation. The actual time for delivery was right around 7 weeks. At first, there was an issue where the motherboard I had selected had been deemed 'end of life' -- this is where a manufacturer no longer sells or distributes that specific motherboard, so I had to go with a second choice. That created a slight delay. My second delay was in a small Nvidia NVLink bridge connector that links the two GPUs that stack together, and AVA Direct accidentally purchased a 4-slot NVLink instead of a 3-slot, no biggie, but it did add an extra week to the build time. So, if we consider those two minor details, I am estimated the real lead time would have only been about 5 weeks, and that is pretty fair considering this insane parts market, and the fact that there are now 'supply chain shortages' occurring all over the place (Let's Go Brandon!).
Anyways, any time I had a question along the way, I would email Joseph Mundy directly, if it was within their business hours, I'd get a reply within hours. If I emailed them after hours, I'd receive a reply by the next day. I would email once a week for a check-in, and I know it could be perceived as a pesky customer, but Joseph was polite and prompt and ready to help with every response. It was actually quite the opposite of what other online reviewers would say.
The package arrived through FedEx in just 3 days! (From Ohio to Florida). The packaging was extremely well done, it was the main Fractal Meshify box, inside of another larger AVADirect box that had these plastic bubble chambers surrounding the entire internal box. When you opened up the Fractal Meshify box, they used the expanding foam packing bags inside the actual PC Case itself, preventing any GPU movement from happening. I really appreciated the attention to detail and care for protecting my workstation. Very professional job done.
At the end of the day, even though it was a longer time to receive the machine, the build looks and performs AWESOME. I am extremely grateful to have known about and used AVADirect a second time, and they delivered for me again. This is the best PC I will probably ever own, as this was something that my employer had paid for, and something I put a lot of time and research into figuring out. I'd definitely go with AVADirect again, and I hope they don't have to endure any crazy supply chain shortages, because they are a small independent business, and those businesses are important to the success of our economy. For as crazy as things are getting w/ the shortages, they did a great job and delivered in a reasonable timeframe. Thank you Joseph for putting up with all my questions, and I will return again to your company in the future when my company asks me to recommend any more custom builds.
My Specs:
Ryzen 9 5950x - 16 core CPU
128GB Ram
Dual RTX 3090 Founders Edition GPU's
EK 360 RGB AIO Watercooler with Push configuration
Aorus x570 Extreme Motherboard (Joseph Recommended this when the previous MOBO was discontinued, and it is AWESOME looking)
Fractal Meshify 2 XL Case (also recommended to me after I had configured a smaller case which wouldn't have produced the best airflow for the Dual GPU's)
PROS: They have any component/configuration that you can imagine, and they will work with you to make sure everything you want is compatible. Their online builder is awesome, and better than any other pre-built competitors that I could find/research.
CONS/RECCOMENDATIONS: The online web chat is kind of useless, I was only able to connect with someone one time in the several attempts to utilize it. I recommend they find some extra help with someone to respond to those, as it actually hurts their perception to potential clients"
"Built a custom gaming rig with a EVGA 3080. Despite the global shortage, it arrived within the expected time frame that was provided to me while I was still enquiring about delivery times etc. The team (in specific Kyle in my case) did a great job in helping me put together an awesome PC. Even post-sale (Gerard) support was of great help when I had a minor issue that I needed help with.
Great job AVA1 "
"Overall great, I stumble upon this site in result months of searching and annoyed by the fact living in the remote island in the middle of Pacific Ocean my only option is extremely limited. My 11 years old computer finally died, and currently in need new systems that have hi-end part to support my work here.
Pros : - Great Price, Great availability, and Shipping to remote Island in the middle of Pacific Ocean for free (I can't complaint on that)
Cons : - Initial estimated time to ship to arrive about 4-6 weeks (not really Cons to be fair) tech explained due to part being ship from the supplier take longer than usual, assembly, testing and quality check yadda-yadda... But it just my personal opinion, who care right?
Extra Pros : Support Team, very prompt both on phone or via messages system, taking care my need to help expedite my order due to time sensitive matters.
Quality of final product - I can't really say anything yet as of today I still waiting for my order to be ship.
Shipping - I will update and provide exact time line from date/time of order until my final product actually at my front door"
"Everything coming on time and i no have any problems at the moment with the PC I buy here.
Everything are working well and I recommend buying here. "
"Had a great experience, great components, fair prices and they did a great job with the packing, my pc arrived in perfect condition.
Have to say I looked for many PC sellers and this company stood up against the others not only for pricing and quality but also for providing a high-performance workstation which components were hard to get online and which were sold out for months.
These guys won my trust.

"The only problem I had with AVADirect was that their sales team on the phone seemed to be on a different system than their website for sales. It made fixing an order of mine tough (I was given quotes to “ok” for purchase but the quotes were more expensive than the exact build when done through the website on the customer side), but after a few back and forths I just cancelled (I hadn’t paid yet) and resubmitted the corrected order via the website.
Customer service was responsive and helpful (no overseas call centers) and helped me upgrade a part last minute to my build (with a small restock fee for the part I didn’t use, which was clearly stated in the purchase agreement).
I took advantage of a 5% off coupon for extreme lead time (6ish weeks) which was nice, but the price was on the high side. Considering what the market is like now for GPUs it wasn’t bad at all, and was comparable or better than other PC building companies. AVA did however offer way more (nearly unlimited) customization of parts. No “850w psu” option with a roll of the dice on what you get, no “pick one out of 3 total options”, every single part was 100% customizable with nearly every product available on the market to choose from.
The build quality was very good, cable management was nearly as good as it could get and everything was installed and worked correctly. The only qualm I had is with something I only noticed weeks later. My GPU has 3 8pin power slots, and only 2 8pin cables were used to power it with the third being a daisy chain from one of the other two. This is fine with many setups and helps keep things looking clean, but the GPU I purchased is very power hungry and is factory overclocked. Without 3 dedicated 8 pin sata cables this could result in more power being drawn in than the cables are rated for, which could (albeit a very very slim chance) potentially damage components. It’s not a huge deal and I don’t think it’s ever really caused any harm to a system as far as I’ve seen (especially one using quality components that can handle more than the bare minimum specs) but it’s still best practice to give the GPU enough dedicated sata cables to stay well above any wattage it may draw.
In conclusion, I would definitely recommend AVADirect over any other PC building company. The customization is insane, the prices seem to compete with other companies custom builds (ignoring prebuilds because you always get a better deal since you can’t choose the components and oftentimes they are lacking in areas and need upgrades anyway), and the customer service was helpful and responsive.
This could have been a 4 star review with the sales team/website disconnect, GPU suboptimal wiring, and one other thing I’ve yet to mention, the website itself. It works great once you get where you need to be, but they offer a great deal of templates to customize which made finding the platform I wanted a bit tedious, but more importantly it could be confusing to someone who wants to buy a PC but has no idea what the difference between platforms and generations are. Finally they have a pc builder tool but it doesn’t work very well in my opinion, others mileage may vary.
The reason I went with 5 stars is that performance is both absolute and relative. AVADirect’s absolute performance is a solid 4/5, but relative to the other companies out their (I have direct or indirect experience with nearly all of them) AVA is a solid 5."
"excellent customer service"
"Great service, PC also has been running smoothly with no problem!"
