"This comapny is very small and they sell products that are easily breakable and you cannot refund or exchange the items. when I bought a 3d led the tv didn't looks so new, and they are little cheaper than other places but I think they sell refurbished so it is cheaper than other places. also the customer service is horrible, the guy named David hanged up on me and when i called them again they don't pick the phone because he is not going to exchange or refund my TV! also I had a lots of propblems with the TV and so I called them a lots of times but every time customer service person was David. this means that it is VERY SMALL COMAPNY THAT IS NOT TRUSTED! Now I know that why people say that to pay little more and buy TV from big and trusted company!!! also even the shipping company was a small company not like trusted ups or fedex. also when my TV and the other package that go along with the TV, IT WAS IN THE BOX THAT WAS ONLY FOR THHE TV!!! so when I opened the box eveerything fell out and the TV WAS BENT. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!!! "

"I shopped for a Pioneer VSX-920-K receiver on several pricing sites & discovered AV In Demand. they had the best price of $299 + $24 shipping. At least $25 lower than everyone else so I was leery. I checked them out with the BBB & found they had an A rating. I waited a little longer & the price dropped to $289 so I decided to try them. Placed order online on Thursday, a CR called to verify my shipping address as I wanted it shipped to a different address. He said it would ship that day, which it did. I received it the following Wed. Received in great condition, Had to be signed for which was great.
Only complaint I have is they didn't send a shipment/ tracking confirmation email. I had to log in to my account to get the tracking number.

"Purchased a Sony Blu-ray Disc Player from AV-in-Demand in early June, 2010. I was initially a little leery of purchasing from them because I had never before heard of AV-in-Demand and AV-in-Demand's price was significantly lower than the next lowest price. I was concerned as to the legitimacy of both the merchant and product. However, I did receive the product as promised and in a timely fashion. Next, I wanted to get several weeks of use out of the product before I wrote a review because I didn't want to say everything was great only to have the product break down by the end of June. (Actually, due to various reasons on my end, I did not actually get the unit set up until early July.) I can happily report that as of early August, both the Blu-Rays and DVDs I have played on this unit have played perfectly and the unit has not had any issues at all as far as I can tell. The player appears to be a perfectly legit, brand-new, in-the-original-factory-sealed-box unit. As of this writing, I would not hesitate to order from AV-in-Demand again in the future, as I feel very satisfied with my purchase."
