"We've been buying toner from A Matter of Fax for our ancient Kyocera fax machine for a long time. It so happens that this company also sells projector lamps.
In the past, Epson OEM lamps cost me $300 each. A-Matter-of-Fax had a compatible replacement for half the cost. I was skeptical at first because I'd heard that the low-cost compatible lamps are dimmer, burn out sooner, and emit a 'burning' smell from the projector. Joe calmed my fears and shipped me a couple. It installed easily into the projector, and I have run the lamp for a couple hundred hours so far with no problems at all. These are quality "compatibles" for half the price of a genuine!"
"Website indicated fax machine was in stock. Placed order and after several emails saying I needed to verify my address (billing address is a PO Box, shipping address is not), my information was verified. Then, when order went to fulfillment, I got another email saying I needed to call to "verify" some additional information. When I called, I was told the item was on backorder. It would have saved a lot of time if the website had indicated that in the first place! Or at least if I was told when I placed the order. Customer service was unhelpful at best."
