"After looking at different sites for the product I bought off of A Matter of Fax, I had no doubt in my mind, that the site I chose was the correct one for me. At A Matter of Fax, the customer service both online and on the phone was excellent! The shipping was fast and even though I chose the "free" shipping, I was not charged any extra for the product like other sites do and I received the product within 2 business days from when I ordered it. When I called, I received great advice on my product, great customer service and was treated like an old friend which was awesome. I am recommending this site to everyone I know that shop online for different parts for their electrical equipment."

"They do not sell branded products. You will only receive a very cheap knock-off version, even though they list the name brand item in their catalog. Ordered a Samsung brand cartridge printer pack. They charged my credit card for an amount $20 higher than price listed. Have contacted them and called them 6 times and no response. When I finally received the item, it was a generic version, not the Samsung branded item they listed for sale. Over two weeks they would not respond to my calls or emails. Had to dispute the transaction and Visa reversed the charge."

"I ordered a printer from their website that was listed as in stock. It took 6 days for the order get processed. Then they call me to tell me that there will be a delay in shipping my order because they don't have the printer in stock but they will have it in a few days so I said ok. On April 2, I got an email saying my order was canceled because they can't obtain my printer. I checked their website again today and the same printer is still listed as "in stock" except they increased the price now. That is some shady business practice.

Update 4/10: Got a call from customer service and they apologized for the issue with my order. They offered to send me the printer for the original price but too bad I already ordered a printer from somewhere else. They did gave me a store credit for use on a toner cartridge that I needed. I am revising my rating to reflect that they do reach out to their customer if there is a problem.

Update 4/17: This company continue to lie to me. I wanted to use the store credit they gave me to order a toner and yet they never applied the credit to my order and charged me the full cost of the order. On top of that, they sent me the wrong toner. I submitted an RMA request but they are not responding with instruction on returning the item. I am no longer doing business with this company after this. I placed 2 orders and they messed up on both. This company has very poor reviews on Google and I can see why."

"BAD!!! Our order took two weeks for a simple bulb that was ordered through their website. The shipping was supposed to be free but they charged us anyway. I had to call back and get the run around for a refund of the charges. Then, once the bulb arrived it turned out to be defective. I've tried calling several times for a Return Authorization. They are not returning my calls and their phone menu only runs you in circles!!

I decided to try ordering one time based on the price & availability. However, I'm ordering on behalf of a school district and had the potential for many more orders. They will definitely be scratched off our list of vendors. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at this point!
