The Best Online Dealer

"Purchased a refurbished AVS Receiver Accessories for less and my luck there was a problem with the receiver and it was Saturday. Thought I could get by until Monday when I could contact the sight. The receiver Kinda worked Saturday night but when my wife turned it on Sunday morning it wouldn't power up. She let me know she was upset in that special way wives do those things. So I went to my computer and wrote an email to Accessories 4 Less. Thought I could let them know right away I had a problem and we could deal with it Monday. About ten minutes after I sent my email I got a reply from Mark (mind you this is a Sunday and they are closed). Mark starts by getting all the information about the problem and emails me back things to try. We kept trying different things all day Sunday finally we gave up and he walked me through a return process since of course, my luck I had bought the last model of the receiver I had chosen that they had in stock. I asked Mark about another receiver that was more money but it would keep my wife at bay. He fired back an email and suggested a cheaper receiver but was more powerful than the one I had purchased. Now that floored me so I thought what can I loose and purchased the one he recommended.
The turn around was super fast and the new receiver is fantastic...my wife is happy and all is good.
This was my best purchasing experience online and one that will have me shouting their praises. You can't go wrong with Accessories for less

"Despite the positive reviews, buyers should beware. Read the fine print B4 purchase!!! You will not find a better price, but it comes with a price. Deal with the Devil ring any bells!!! Great company, great prices

"I recently purchased an AVRS530BT from Accessories4less. The receiver came on time but when I set it up I had some connection issues. I talked to Mark who quickly diagnosed the issue being related to the cables I was using. The issue resolved part of the problem, but there was still a lingering issue. It got a bit frustrating for a while because we couldn’t figure out the cause of the problem, but Mark was very good about responding to all my questions (and I had a lot) and responding very quickly. In the end, I tested a new receiver of the same model and we found it was a rare issue with the receiver model. I guess it just doesn’t like my HD66 projector. Even though the issue was not due to any fault of his product (it was with the model, not the individual unit), he offered to let me ship it back for a different model and didn’t make me pay shipping or restocking fees. Mark has been very helpful throughout the process. On top of all that, their prices are disgustingly good and the end product is in excellent condition. Glad I upgraded as the new receiver sounds AMAZING!!! Buying refurbished is the way to go"

Great after-sale support!

"I recently purchased a re-furbed Integra DHC-80.3 from A4Less. The unit arrived neatly packaged and in terrific shape. It was re-furbed for "cosmetic" issues, but I couldn't fins a single mark or scratch. It truly looked like new. It would have been nice if a printed Owner's Manual was included, but I was able to buy one online for about $15.

The unit performed admirably for the first few days and then it started acting up. It would not output video from the Main HDMI output. The DHC has 2 HDMI outputs, Main and Sub. They are identical except for one very important difference: the Sub output does not support the display of overlaid menus and popups. So, when I tried switching my HDMI output to Sub, and that did allow me to display the video of my cable box. But it would not allow me to see the DHC's Setup menus and popups.

After trying numerous suggestions from A4Less's support team, they graciously sent me an 8 ft. HDMI cable for free. What a nice gesture! That solution solved the problem for a few days but then it started acting up again, same issue. So, I've contacted them and they are going to send a replacement DHC soon.

I received excellent support from A4Less and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Kep ypu the good work!

This is what customer service should be!

"I purchased a receiver which ended up having a problem with one channel. I called to find a resolution and was treated with care and respect. The service rep was courteous and willing to do whatever he could to satisfy my needs. Since the item I had ordered was out of stock so that an exchange wouldn’t be possible, he suggested a different model of the same brand for $20 more and they would give me a refund upon receiving the damaged unit. The new receiver was shipped within a couple of hours. In the past 15 years or so, I have rarely come across such customer service. Thank you David!"

Excellent support!

"When I failed to read the manual and setup my device completely, I simply forwarded a copy of my receipt to their support team. David Harmon quickly replied and gave me advice on how to reset the system, and what to not skip when configuring the system. Within hours my problem was resolved. It was great to have a dedicated person to work with while figuring out my self imposed issue."

"I ordered a refurbished receiver which developed some issues. David helped facilitate a super quick replacement. Companies don't always have quick response times, or can be hard to get a hold of, and they have some great service. Would definitely order with them again! "

Real no pressure service

"I recently had my receiver stop working. I found Accessories4less through Amazon and with them being local shot them an email on my problem. David Harmon quickly responded with suggestions on the issue. I called him to explain more of my situation and get a better idea of what I should do. As I expected the cost of repair is more then buying a new one. So David assisted me on selecting the right receiver for my needs. It shipped out that day and arrived the following. I installed it quickly and was watching tv in about 20 minutes. It's not every day you run across a local business with professional employees who give the extra mile to make the customer happy. Marantz issues

"I purchased the Marantz nr1508 and was having issues with it shutting down during music. I spoke with David Harman customer service who got back to me promptly within a few hours and was very thoughtful and helpful in correcting the issue. Upon further discussion with him we decided that receiver was underpowered for my Martin Logan lx16 speakers. We decided to go with the Sr 5012 Marantz receiver. Returning equipment within 30 days is free of charge. That is a nice feature, especially even though it's refurbished. If I remember to get back to here, I will give an update on how the sr5012 fared against the nr1508."
