"I wish I had found this site before ordering from AccessoryCircuit.com I ordered a flash from them March 30th 2012, it is now June 26th 2012, still no flash. The people sound super friendly and are very nice when you call to check on the order, even offered to throw in a few extras when the flash arrives from overseas, but it never arrives and never will. The website always shows the same item is in stock.One time it supposedly came in but was cracked, another time it was water damaged. They must rely on interest rates from holding our money for months at a time. I requested a refund this morning, but I'm not holding my breath, I'll wait ten days and if not received file a fraud complaint to my credit card company. As I am typing this, I just received 2 emails from AC, one that my order was cancelled and another that my refund is being processed. I just spoke to them ten minutes ago, so that response is pretty impressive. If they don't refund me at least I have have a written confirmation to show the bank."
"One more time I've learned "if it's too good to be true", then usually it's horrible. Ordered what I thought was a great deal on a camera accessory in March. They immediately charged my card without an email confirming shipment. When I contacted them, I was told they are still waiting for the item to come from overseas. Waited about 4 weeks...still no product. Finally at the end of May I requested a refund and was told to wait 7-14 business days. Here it is the end of June, with many promises, many explanations, and still no refund. This was the worst experience I've ever had with ordering something online. My next stop is the Better Business Bureau."

"Scam I ordered a Nikon D5100 DSLR on March 20, 2012 and have never received my item. First they call and tell you the item is out of stock and it will ship within a week. Nothing happened so after about ten days I call again and they tell me it's a popular item still haven't received anymore to ship. I wait a couple of more weeks then they tell it was shipped but it was damaged and returned by UPS! After about a month I cancel order and they tell me it will take 14 days to refund my money. After 14 days nothing happens and I threaten to get the authorities involved they then tell me I'll get my refund in 7 days. Still nothing happens so I called my bank and reported the matter to them. My bank credited my money back to me while they investigate the matter. I wish I could give this company a negative rating. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE RATINGS THEY ARE GETTING IT'S ALL PART OF THEIR SCAM!!!!"

I order a couple of canon lenses and after 2 weeks they emailed me and said the items are on back order and will be shipped to you in about 3-5 week. 6 weeks later when called, I talked to their extremely rude customer service who simply said she doesn't know anything and if I'm not happy I can canceled my order. I replied, " I may consider that after all this trouble". She said, "ok, I'll canceled your order." and hung up!!!!!

"In common with other reviews, avoid this vendor and its alter-ego Mellodigital at all costs. They offer low ball prices, citing products in stock, then charge your credit card, then offer lots of excuses about non delivery / damaged goods etc.
Next trick is to cancel the order, promise a refund in 7 to 14 business days. It doesn't happen. Then you have to call the credit card company.
These guys are simply slime ball crooks. AVOID them."

The following day the status was set to "ready to ship". 4 days later it was still "ready to ship" so I emailed them and after a day received a response that it took 5 to 7 days for shipping. On the 7th day my product that was "ready to ship" was cancelled and I was told that "due to the holiday shopping season" they were unable to fill my order, but they haven't refunded the money. This was in May. What a waste of time. This is why I always pay with AMEX. I've already disputed the charge."

I ordered a Canon camera and after numerous calls, emails, etc. was finally told a month later (after my vacation) that they could not complete my order due to high demand YET they still listed the camera as available on the website (albeit at a higher price).
