"AccuPC is one of the best computer hardware resellers I have ever had the joy of buying from. Their prices are great, their shipping was awesome, and their customer service was simply perfect. I went to accupc.com because newegg was out of the motherboard I wanted, and then noticed the Ti4200 was 7 dollars cheaper at accupc. So I placed an order on their website Tuesday the 18th, and due to bad luck or browser problems, I switched browsers and I accidentally ordered the same things twice. Moments later, accupc called me up and informed me of my mistake, which I was thankful for. They shipped it out the 19th, and it arrived before the weekend on Friday the 21st, which totally took me by surprise. All I can say is that I will definitely order from these guys again, and THANK YOU!"

For starters, the Customer Service Representative I worked with was EXTREMELY helpful. He even went out of his way to determine if the Gigabyte GA-SINXP1394 motherboards they had were B0-stepping. They were, which was exactly what I was looking for. I placed an order for a Gigabyte GA-SINXP1394 that day, which was a Tuesday (03/04/03), and to my extremely pleasant surprise, I received it on Thusday (today--03/06/03)! This was the fastest shipping I've ever seen; it's beats even NewEgg.com, which is itself considered one of the best.
I was again pleasantly surprised when I actually opened the package. Not only had they packaged and protected everything extrmely well, I even received a free "CD Magician" CD Cleaning Kit as a promotional offer! So, in a nutshell, not only did they have exactly what I wanted, they had it at an incredible price, and I was treated to the fastest shipping I've ever seen (which was free by the way); and on top of that, I receieved a CD Magician kit free as a promotional offer.
