"Great company. Prices weren't as low as a few other sites I've been to. I called their number one day and it didn't give me an option of holding for a live person... instead I had to leave a message, and it took a day to receive a call back. Still, they've answered every e-mail I've sent to them (all response time was within 12 hours), some of which were technical questions. Overall, I'd say they don't seem to be the best professional online store, but they try very hard to please their customers. That's the most important thing, isn't it?"

"I ordered 2 video cards from them. I then called the next day to make sure everything was alright. They looked at my order and said it would be shipped out that day. I asked him if he was sure he said "Yes". I then got an emial the next day saying that it was canceled. It was a system error. I told him that I spoke to soemone who verified that it would be shiipped out that day. he said "Oh that guy is probably new". He said he called every person's phone who ordered this. BIG LIE. "I must say I am very pleased with the customer service at accupc. I made an order Sunday evening for a product that said "usually ships in 2-3 days." When Tuesday roled around, I became anxious when I noticed that the status of my order had changed to "back order." Later that day, however, I received an email from accupc telling me that they were out of stock of the item and that my product should arrive the next day. Furthermore, they upgraded my free ground shipping to overnight shipping as a result of their error. I was most pleased, however, with their quick, responsive, and informative emails letting me know what was going on. Great job with the communication!"
"Over all, it's very good shop. I ordered ASUS P4C800 Deluxe and AGP8x video board. Unfortunately, P4C800 was not sent to me, but ASUS A7N8X Deluxe. I call to customer center twice and sent email with INVOICE & photo copy of Serial# in two days. (I recommend you to send an email with INVOICE and photo copy of Serial# on wrong product. It will be more quickly.) After all, they called back to me and give me the apology. In addition, actually, right product was sent to me the next day. Right now, I am waiting for FedEx guy ordered from AccuPC to pick up the wrong product without any fee from me. It's good too.
I will buy more from this shop again."

"I used ResellerRatings.com and PriceWatch.com to assemble the parts to build a computer for the gal that has been cutting my hair for over 25 years. A lot of trust was put into my judgement. I purchased from three sources and was not disappointed by any of the businesses that I worked with. It is a bit scarey in this day and age to make a purchase online and to expect that the purchase will arrive let alone that it will be what has been advertised to be. I was not disappointed at all.
I bought an ASUS MX440/8X 64MB DDR TV OUT AGP Video Card, ASUS A7V8X/A/L Mainboard, and Microsoft® Windows® XP Home OEM, on Thursday, April 10, 2003 in the early afternoon. All three items were shipped that afternoon at 4:55pm. I received the shipment on Monday, April 14th, 2003, in the early afternoon. I couldn't have been more pleased. The computer went together without a hitch. I will definitely use this company again."
"Ordered 3 hard drives. Arrived well-packed and way in advance of everything else I've ordered (from other resellers) to build 3 systems. While they were well-packed (drives in original sealed antistatic bags, tightly wrapped together with bubblepaper, and suspended in peanuts in a larger box) there was some shipping damage to the box that makes me worry a bit about if the drives took some road rash. So noted on receipt with the shipping company.
Got an email a few days after receipt thanking me for order and letting me know how to get in touch with service/support if necessary. Emailed back that I didn't know if the drives worked yet as I was awaiting other components, but did note with shipping co that there was some obvious box damage, so if I did need any help it should be a shipping issue not a concern with dead-on-shipping parts. Was just 'covering my bases' with that email, not even expecting any answer at all.
To my surprise though within about 20 minutes had a response from the president of the company indicating if I had any problems to just let them know and they'd replace them pronto.
Will update here if it turns out I need to do so, and whether the service lives up to the promise. But so far, VERY impressed and favorable impression. Will likely order from them again. If you don't see more in this field, assume that by the time my mobo etc. finally showed and I assembled everything the drives were fine and I'm a happy camper. :-)"

I Sent an inquiry email to Accupc inquiring if they carried the 2.0 version of the Asus A7N8X Deluxe motherboard, recieved a return email 3 minutes later as they had the latest version. recieved fedex tracking 30 minutes later, quick shipping, quick communication. "I ordered an Asus MB on Friday morning at around 7AM. Received the board via FedEx on the following Tuesday. Fast shipping, especially since it was free shipping.... Retail, unopened box came packed in another larger box with an adequate amount of packing peanuts (and a little yellow accupc.com stress star thing... kinda cute). Overall great experience. "I ordered a Granite Bay Mobo on Wend. Noon & it was in my hands Fri. PM. They put a CD cleaner gagdet as free item for ordering over 2 bills. Well, that was NICE. The most important thing is, I get a totaly brand new Mobo, the box was never been opened not even a scratch on it, the shipping box was stuffed with peanuts to the rim. I have ordered from googlecreep & oldegg, they always send opened itmes rattling in shipping boxes due to lack of peanuts. Excellent shipping time & excellent shipping methods & great product."
"I found a Laptop battery on their website that I needed for a client by 3-26-03. I called them first at 9:30am PST to verify availability and try to place order. they verified in stock but said I had to place order online. I did so 5 minutes later with Fedex Saver shipping since phone rep stated it would go out Thursday or Friday at the latest. Fedex would have delivered on Monday or Tuesday latest; certainly in time for Wednesday.
They called me back on Friday Morning to say that the same item number on website applied to (2) different batteries and wanted me to verify which one I needed again. I did so and they said that they did have that one in stock but that it would not be mailed out until Monday now due to shipping/processing. I asked them to extend better shipping time in light of their error and they did so by saying it would go out Monday morning Next Day Air
Well; you guessed it; Monday at 1:30PM EST they called me back to inform me they they were wrong again and they did not have my battery and that they were "discontinued". I cancelled my order with them promptly and re-ordered one 5 minutes later from a more "Reputable" reseller who certainly did not show them as discontinued.
I'll give them an A+ in the phone communication department; but the apparant "communication" taking place was not productive. In the end; I'll have to re-pack/ship battery to client without ability to test battery on be-half of client. Too much lost time for this $20k part purchaser per year builder. They do appear to be trying though.
