"AccuPC is awesome! I placed an order for an MSI FX5600 at about 1 a.m on the 21st. At 10 a.m, I saw that my credit card was declined because of an address error. I called at 10:30 and it was corrected promptly. At 1 p.m. I checked my order status, and saw that my card had been shipped, and I'd received a FedEx tracking number! Two days later (with their free FedEx shipping, and me in South Texas, about as far away from AccuPC you can get), my card was at the door.

"Overall I’d say I’m mostly satisfied. I was putting together a new P4c Based PC 4 weeks ago, and looked to them for a video card. After missing a special @ NewEgg, I saw that AccuPC had the same exact thing for about $20 than the regular price at NewEgg. I was kind of hesitant, as I never bought from them before, but there 6-Month ResellerRattings indicated I shouldn’t have a problem. I ordered a Power Color Radeon 9700 (non pro) Evil Commander 2 Gold Retail and got free shipping. I went on their site, and from the pictures for the card, it looked like it was actually an OEM card, not retail like it said. So I called them up and idiocy rained with the CSR I talked to at first. The guy had no idea, and after putting me on hold, said that yes, it was OEM. Trusting my instincts I called back and talked to a supervisor. The Supervisor was VERY courteous and professional, and assured me that the earlier CSR was incorrect and the card I would get was in fact the retail version. He actually sounded noticeably aggravated at the CSR who was wrong. I don’t think I would order again from them, but not due to any dissatisfaction. I just don’t think I will be buying soon, and if I do, I would probably buy from NewEgg or Googlegear due to their Customer service and huge variety of stock. BTW, I must mention that their shipping, while it was FedEx second day, it was even faster than that."

"Excellent online retailer! I ordered a Antec Plusview 1000AMG and a Linksys wireless router. I had the billing and Shipping addresses in differnt states. The following Morning I recieved a call from Accupc wanting to verify if I did want my package shipped to a differnt address from the billing address, I confirmed that it was correct. They also called me to inform me that the router I ordered was out of stock and they gave me to option to cancle that part of the order, or wait for it to come back into stock. I kept the router in the order.

5 Days later today the 30th my stuff arrived at it's shipping address in normal condidion.

I made the decision to purchase from Accupc.com based on this site and Pricewatch.com. I purchased the components for an entire system - cpu, mobo, case, memory, hd, modem, CDRW/DVD drive and graphics card.

These guys have taken on line shopping to the next level. They answered emails before, during, and after hours. I called them once after my purchase, left a message and they returned my call within a couple hours. The prices were overall better than any other site especially considering most items I ordered had free shipping. The web site was easy to use and the “wish list” feature was very helpful. The order status page was also very informative. It was updated a couple times before my order shipped, and then they provided a link to FedEx where I could track it.

I placed my order on a Friday and it arrived the following Tuesday morning, coast to coast. Everything was packaged flawlessly, and everything appears to work.
