"First time ordering and I will definitely be back. I needed some memory and the other retailer I use was out of the Corsair XMS I wanted. I figured I'd give these guys a look since they had a good reseller rating. Not only was the memory in stock, it was cheaper. I also needed a copy of XP for this build and they were cheaper on that as well. Very quick e-mail response to my order and a tracking number was issued the same evening. Free Fed-Ex shipping was also a plus for this order. Items arrived in 2 days and everything checks out great. I called back the next day to cancel the order. No problem. Also received a confirmation email as I requested.

"I placed an order for a Power Color 9700 Evil Commando 2 gold Retail video card. I placed it on Wednesday night, past their business hours. The package was shipped before noon on Thursday. They provided me with the FedEx tracking number, but when I looked it up on FedEx tracking, the scan record was not found. I thought that FedEx had not yet updated their system, but I emailed Tech Support with my question. I sent the email at 9:05 PM and received a very polite and well-written email back at 9:25 that assured me that FedEx has not updated their system and have me a specific time to look for an update! That email only took 20 minutes for them to reply! I replied back to the email commending them for their speed and polite response and received another email back saying that if I had any other questions, don't hesitate to ask. And I received this email in 14 minutes!

I will be receiving the package shortly, and I will update this to let everyone know how it turns out.

So far, the following things impress me about AccuPC:

* Emails are very fast (20 minutes) and polite, and well written.
* I called them once at their toll-free number and when they put you on hold, it is only for a few seconds while they connect to the extension.
* The people answering the phones are very knowledgeable, and polite.
* My video card came with a 1-yr warranty from them, AccuPC as well as the manufacturer warranty. I have never seen a reseller provide more than a 30-day warranty from themselves.

Again, I will update this review when the package arrives shortly.

**UPDATE**
I recived the package a day earlier than I expected, and everything came in perfect condition. Good packing and packing slip\reciept. This card has been working fine for me, and I am glad I ordered from AccuPC and will purchase from them in the near future."

"Purchased a Antec SLK3700AMB case. Ordered on May 30, recieved on June 5 via FREE Fedex ground. The 'package' arrived in the oem box just as you would see it in the store, no outer box for protection. But it arrived without so much as a scratch on the box. They kept me informed of the order status via email. Same price as Newegg but Newegg does not have free shipping. This was my first purchase from AccuPc and I have no complaints."

My only gripe about the company is that my status online said order was "ready to be shipped" the entire time I waited for it.
