The transaction was marred by the 3 days it took to verify my alternate shipping address (which is on file with my CC company) and then another holdup when one of my items was out of stock. The status page kept showing all items "on order" so after five days of initial order I called to find out the real status. I was told one of the items was out of stock buyt remainder could be shipped immediately and I could cancel the missing item. My order was shipped the very next day. I could have waited forever I guess had I not inquired. Two things: update stock availability on site and/or notify customer with alternatives when that fails (even via a "correct" status page. I would still order from accupc.com as once the order was processed - service was excellent. "
