"I made a slight typo when entering my email, made checking order status un-do-able when I figured it out I emailed them, no response X 2 messages. I Figured out my mistake & typed in the typo errored address with the order # I printed at the time of order, "no record of order"! Emailed about problem...no response...no mechandise yet..charge card has been charged.....??

Crooked outfitt??? Don't know, certainly NOT a responsive one. Will be contacting my Charge card company to contest paymewnnt. This is exactly the type of company you are always warned to avoid, so here you go....AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Once your card has been charged you as much as disappear to them!

NO RESONSE TO THREE MESSAGES IS IN EXCUSSABLE. I don't understand the higher ratings here as [i]resellerratings.com[/i] because I found several other reviews, after my purchase, stating the same poor response to customer voices at other business rating & review sites. wish I had found them before ordering, the couple $$ I though I might have saved would have been more satifactorly spent elsewhere!

Another point the last email message (****@****) to them was 12:30AM 12/13/03, letting them know my dissatisfation & next coarse of action... Guess what??!! No response, obviously the cutomer's opinions & ratings don't mean a thing to them, that in it's self says a whole lot!"
