The customer service was great.
The process of getting the template prepared for the table required the used of splitting a multilayered PDF, which is not something out-of-the-box. When told I needed to use Illustrator or Photoshop, I felt this should have been mentioned. When I was told they offered services for $250, I felt like this should have been mentioned. In the end I used fivrr and spent $7.68 to have the template prepared.
While I am happy with the product, it would have been great to have a WSYWYG editor.
Would I use them again? Sure. Because I now have a process. Would I recommend it to my friends for are not skilled in media design? No."
