"Everyone was great help. It was my first time ordering a display for my new business and my budget is low so I had lots of questions. Getting the graphics to work took me WAY longer than I had planned, but again first time. If I did it again I would spend more money and order the Superstand and not the Fast roll. I find it tricky rolling the graphic back into the base and hope it will last.
My complaint in the process is that I placed my order and paid on the weekend as it looked like I could work on the banner over the weekend when I had the time. Instead, I couldn't start work until Monday morning because that is when they sent the template. There was no one to ask over the weekend so I messaged multiple times and finally gave up until Monday morning. I wish that was clearer on the website since I had already paid and couldn't back out at that point. So, if you are on a time crunch be prepared."

"From start to finish, top notch at every stop. Very quick responses, great attention to detail. Excellent interface for uploading/proofing artwork. They caught a DPI/resolution issue and stopped our work going to print even though we'd approved it (much appreciated!) and suggested a fix. We implemented the changes and they got everything sent off to production and shipped in a jiffy.
They even took Quality Control pictures of the final printed products, including them being packed for shipping. It does not get any better than that.
I can't speak to the quality of the material or hardware as I haven't received the physical goods yet, but based on everything I've seen so far, I don't have any reason to be concerned."

The attention to detail and care they provide for each order is something that elevates their service above everyone else in their niche. We needed a larger fabric booth graphic printed and shipped in time for an upcoming tradeshow. Ace Displays tackled the project with diligence, first connecting me with experts who made sure my artwork was pristine before being sent to the printers. I thoroughly like this review process as I feel it vets the system a whole lot more and gives you more peace of mine when submitting something (you know when you hit submit once it's not going to be the FINAL time.. which is nice to know). By adding photos right away, you can see the artwork well before its delivered, so if there are any issues you can sort them out right away.

"I am terribly disappointed in which the way my concerns about a damaged pop-up banner were addressed. I have ordered THOUSANDS of dollars worth of backdrops and banners from your company and when a 3-foot pop-up banner arrived damaged, I immediately took photos and brought it to your company’s attention only to be met with an accusation that I had somehow done something wrong while opening the banner. I responded to the email, copied my sales rep and never heard from anyone again. My recommendation would be to review the process in which these types of concerns are raised. Because of your failure to address the issue, Ace Designs has lost a great customer who was in the throes of placing an order for $5,000 worth of graphics. "
