"Ace was great. The instructions were clear. I was able to easily reach support when I needed it. When I had questions I was able to call and work with someone who could help me. The product looks great. The only issue I had had to do with the hardware that was sent. We chose Black hardware which I assumed would apply to both the standup banner and the large backdrop. But when I received it, the backdrop hardware was silver while the stand up banner hardware was black. I do not think they sent the wrong one - I think the option for black hardware was only an option for the tall banner. But perhaps they could explain that more clearly in the order process. Ultimately though it wasn’t an issue for us. I would definitely use them again. "

"We were late delivering our file. ACE turned it around and EDITED our booth graphic which we never ask them to do. Our designer was late on the files and we were in a very tight situation. They not only finalized the booth graphic, but also made sure it was shipped out in less than 24 hours with overnight shipping, getting our booth to our destination across the country on time. "The team was great! We had to order a new graphic to be used with an existing frame (that we purchased from them) - they were able to pull up our order and match the proper size with what we needed.
When we submitted the artwork - we had to re-do it to be compliant to the printing needs - they were able to wait 2 weeks over the holidays for us to get it redone. Afterwards, they shipped immediately.
The experience was excellent overall. I highly recommend using ACE Displays!"

"needed a quick booth display for a trade show and Ace was able to deliver in time (with extra shipping costs of course) Had a few issues building out the display, the templates are top-notch, but customer service was not very helpful. had questions about size requirements and best export files as well as if they thought something would print well. they obviously wanted to be as vague as possible so that if I didn't like it I couldn't hold them responsible, but it was very frustrating-- finally after I sent the order to print the production manager reached out and pretty much answered all my questions...so I at least got peace of mind. The other issue was with the podium, I went with the premium podium with custom graphics. the suitcase is very flimsy, and when I put the graphic over it it looked awful! it's so tight it shows all the grooves that the suitcase has, and the table top doesn't fit right so its all wobbly. of course, when I asked customer service about the difference before ordering their response was basically (choose whichever one you like better) Display showed up on time and that's really the most important thing, we'll live with the issues...if I had to do it again and had more time I would definitely go with a different company."
