As this was my first order I worked as closely as I could with my Rep Rachel, she is a nice lady and helps as she can. I got my display no light kit, no double side print, something I had been very specific about. They sent me a receipt that said no double printing, honestly, I'd looked at so many they all flowed into one. The customer service people we at best offensive. I'll be buying 3-4 more displays in the next 6-8 months. I just don't think it'll be through Ace. "

The edges of the back drop were uneven and not professional looking while on the photo it looks straight and wonderful. While doing Art work, there is no preview of the final work. For anyone who orders it for the first time it is unclear how the safety areas will look after the fabric is stretched out."
