"I had a difficult time communicating with the team at Ace Exhibits. During the order process, I was not prompted to add artwork. Their emails requesting my artwork went to spam, even after flagging it not to. I provided a personal email address but emails never came through. Their chat/email service was somewhat helpful. I worked with two different people who often gave conflicting instructions. After over a week, I was able to get my booth into print. When it arrived, it had no assembly instructions. I searched the website to no avail. Finally called customer service and they sent me a link to a video. There is a lot that could be improved with the ordering process. But the product looked great."

"Customer service was weak at best via email & rather slow to respond. Chat is too automated so that even though I provided all the info at the beginning, Chat didn't recognize it & asked the same questions that I had already answered. Ace does not provide updates about the status of your order. We have a Team working on a display. Ace never communicated that the graphics were approved & were in the right format, therefore I could not share that with our Team. Ace never communicated our order was in Production. Ace never communicated it has shipped. I don't know where our order is at this moment."
