I had to contact customer service twice, when I ordered and when I received. I was able to speak to someone immediately, they were kind, very helpful, resolved it quickly and sent some free gifts for the trouble. I'd order from them again. The price and quality of the original product I ordered was great!"
"This company has absolutely no customer value. I ordered something and recieved a different product. Promised to re-ship. After another over a MONTH of waiting, recieved yet again a different product. Still never recieved what i ordered. Called the supervisor, and she told me well i cant ship you something we no longer have... um, dont sell stuff on your page that you do not carry! Still up on the page for sale, even after she told me its no longer available from the vendor. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. UNEDUCATED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS. POOR MANAGEMENT. AND the other product that i ordered seperately that actually came, broke the first use. This company is phony. BEWARE!"
"I have no problems with the items, except that some of the little things don't come in boxes or containers they're just thrown in like that. shipping to get to me was very good I paid for one day shipping and it got to me when it was supposed to :) but the only complaint is that the items DO NOT COME IN AN BROWN BOX LIKE THEIR WEBSITE CLAIMS. my items all came in a thin bubble mailer. you could literally feel the **** items through the bag. honestly I'm so mad. my dad signed for my package I'm glad he didn't feel up my package. id be super embarrassed. the package was not marked as they said but beware if you're buying these secretly :)

"Extremely poor quality of items they don't even function and fall apart, called customer service they were very unfriendly unhelpful and asked what I wanted them to do about it because I accepted and opened the package well how else am I supposed to know the quality of what I have received, they issued a refund it has been 10 business days no refund seen and I did not get back the 10 dollars between shipping and insurance I paid to receive broken items. "I had ordered an item 2 months ago... they keep pushing back the delivery date "2 weeks or so" at a time... and not it's back to next month!!! Why would they even advertise an item on the site they can't deliver!!! On top of that they charge an enormous amount for shipping. " I don't understand why my experience with adameve.com was so different than the other reviewers. I was given incentive discounts of 40% and 50%, 40 cent shipping as well as some free lube. What I purchased, both times, were quality goods at far less than I would have paid in our local adult stores. I prefer to use PayPal when I shop online rather than give each site my financial information. AdamEve.com accepted paypal and my transactions were simple and quick. The backordered items and wait time of three months and three shipments to get all my items not including the one they have to resend me
The processing took longer than it should have but I give them credit my first package shipped on time
The kicker to all this fail is the craptastic customer service even when I talked to a supervisor not one person offered me anything for my very dissatisfied experience not even an apology"
"i ordered a few things didnt get one thing i paid for called the guy said i had to wait a month to get it so here we are 1 1/2 months later and again nothing so i do the chat and the guy is rude again and issued a refund so they didnt have to send the item that they still have for sale. and my package slip even had it on it and a inspected by section with a signature. this is how they treat a customer of 5 years that has never had a problem before. and will not send out the item without charging shipping. very very rude"
"I ordered my product and was exited then i read the reviews and was very scared. But i just waited it out and actually got my package 3 days earlier then it was supposed to. The only problem i had was tge tracking info never seemed to work untill a day before it came. Witch might not be a big deal for most. Other then that i got exactly what i ordered and was very happy. Dont be scared to buy from them. All these reveiwes are from only the people with negative experiences. Not many people that had good experiences left a review.
Also i recommended the "super head honcho" its pretty good thats what i ordered"
"I only received half of my items and when I emailed customer service they offered to resend the missing stuff but it would take an extra week to get. I don't understand why there wouldn't be priority for something that I have already paid for and was supposed to have. The only other solution they had was to refund, but that's beside the point. "
"If there were zero stars, they would get it!! I placed an order Wednesday night and purchased 1 day shipping so that the product would arrive by Friday for a party. By 5:00 on Thursday, the order still hadn't shipped so I started an online chat to find out why. The person I spoke with told me that I placed my order after the cutoff ship time on Thursday (but I placed my order WEDNESDAY) and that I wouldn't receive it until Monday. "Placed my first order excited because I had a coupon which gave me 50% percent of one item and free shipping so why not right? Placed my order easy no problems! A week later and no shipping notification so I go to my account to check the status and see that it has been cancelled! I check my bank account to see if I've been refunded and I haven't so I email them asking why my order was canceled. I was told because my payment wasn't accepted (BS I got the confirmation that it was from PayPal and my bank account ) and I would need to make the payment again for it to go through! Really?! I'm not paying double for the stuff I already paid for!
