"The customer service for this company is terrible. I was not informed that one of my items was backordered, now apparently 3 days after I received the rest of my order, the item will be shipped by usps standard mail. I did not get reimbursement for the shipping cost. I paid for UPS 2 day shipping. I'm going to refuse the package. I wouldn't have minded, had I been notified at the time of purchase or shipping of available items. "
"Only live a few miles from PHE (Adam & Eve) in Hillsborough NC, placed on order on 3/4/2015...priority shipping. It was supposed to ship out on the 5th..didnt ship til the 6th. Also 1 of the items is all of a sudden out of stock and backordered. So I track it, cause it only a few miles from me....and OMG.. its in Georgia! When I contacted them about it...they say it must have went out in a bulk shipment and I should have it by the 12 or 13th. WOW. I have gotten packages from California faster than that. There shipping process sucks. then the guy I was chatting with TONY, ended the chat session with me when I pushed for a better explanation. This is my last order with Adam & Eve. There are a lot more companies out their to buy from that possibly care about their customers. grrr"

"Extremely slow shipping. After waiting nearly a week, I contacted customer service. They explained to me that the tracking number that is provided does not work til 2-3 days before the package is to be delivered. Mine started working the day before it was delivered. I do not even think it was free shipping. I ordered something from Germany, free shipping, the same day and it came before my package from Adam and Eve. Will never buy from again. "

"Not happy at all. I placed an order at 11:46pm on Sunday night. I then realized the reviews on the product were not great so I sent an email asking to cancel the order within 15 minutes. Also placed a new order for a product with better ratings. I got a response at 1am saying the item shipped. I call bull$hit. I was told to return the packaging at no cost (but I suppose I have to pay the shipping to send back). "

"NEVER ORDER FROM HERE... unless you want pornographic mail coming to your house even though you've requested MULTIPLE times to be removed from their mailing list. I placed an order 3 months ago and chose the option for being on the Do Not Mail list. However, I canceled my order not more than an hour later after researching the company and finding lots of reviews saying that they send pornographic spam to your home address anyway. When canceling my order, I confirmed that I was on the Do Not Mail list and she assured me I was. She also said that since I had just placed the order and canceled right away, there was a good chance that nothing would come in the mail for me. Well, fast forward to 3 months later and I open my mail box to find a white envelope with the words "Let's Get Busy! Sexually Oriented Ad." plastered across the front. I immediately called them and informed them but they said they can't do anything about it because my account is already on the Do Not Mail list, but sometimes things get through. Now I'm living in fear of more pornographic mail coming to my house for everyone to see. "

"Very rude costumer service. I ordered massage oil and got an email saying I should receive another email within 24-48 hours saying my item has been shipped. I received an email 6 days later saying my item has been shipped. I sent an email asking about it. Never received anything back from costumer service. Just kept receiving a million of there "offer" emails. So I decided to call about it. The lady was very rude and crabby. All she said was order must have been back ordered. Well if that was the case they should have got in contact with me. All she said was sorry. Would never order from them again."

"I ordered a bullet from Adam and Eve over 3 weeks ago but still hadn't received it. I called and asked for a refund but the rep did not offer to give me one until I write "refuse" on the package when I finally get it. I was a loyal customer but now I'll order from another company going forward .

"With regards to Adam & Eve's website, order process, delivery etc., I have no complaints. I got everything I was promised in a reasonable amount of time. My big complaint with them is two fold. 1. The crazy amount of email advertisements and offers I received from them following my order (one per day on average). Luckily, I was able to opt out of it easily. So, the much bigger thing is 2. The fact that they have sold my info off to some marketing company, and I am now getting physical mail full of ads and offers which I have no way to opt out of. I find this completely unacceptable. In this day an age, only the sleaziest of companies would sell off your information to marketing companies in this way. I will never do business with them even if it means paying twice as much at retail!"
