When the package arrived, the box was soaking wet and held together by tape. Needless to say I rejected the order, and called Adorama ASAP. I spoke to a customer service rep, explaining the situation and requested an exchange of the items rather than a credit. I wanted the items I purchased, just not with water damage when they were brand new. She acknowledged my request, and left a note on the order to exchange rather than to refund or credit. The next day I received an email saying they credited my account for the cost of the items, rather than exchanging them like I asked. I’ll make the same purchase again, likely with a different company though. The ball was dropped..."
