"My order arrived in a timely manner but, sadly, they apparently sent two wrong items. I’d ordered two 7 inch Bowens mount reflectors for my Orlit monolights. The item I ordered had a hole for the umbrella shaft but the item I got, did not have the hole. They’re “investigating” the issue."

The Story of the Christmas Zeiss

"I ordered a Zeiss Milvus 50 f2 and was eagerly awaiting its arrival. I work on the road, city to city ... one day I’m here and next day I’m not so I need to have my packages be where I am. That’s show biz... I move the shows.
Well, late one foggy December eve the delivery man said to me.... NOPE not going to do it because of weather... I guess Rudolf wasn’t on that trip.

So I settled in for a long weekends nap as it was Friday and it was the Sabbath.... and I’d have to wait to get in touch with Customer Service

Early that Sunday, I dialed with care... to tel them my lens was not there... well I could hear the elves sigh.. and then they got busy... typing and clicking could be heard as they got out the word.

My package was re routed as I had requested... to my mail box so it could be nested... and from there it was sent far ahead of my travels to where I am now.

Adorama went above and beyond.... THANK YOU ... It was worth it as the Zeiss lens is remarkable... it’s like a work of art.

I didn’t get everything I ordered

"I contacted adorama about my package because I didn’t get everything. I got 5 out of 10 things I ordered and I’m really upset about it. They still haven’t gotten back to me about it either which is really disappointing."
