"Hello my name is Shashank Pandya, I ordered my clicker from your company’s website a week back and choose expedited shipping as I am a photographer and had to conduct a wedding photography on saturday, but that didn’t happen and I lost my job at that very moment and now I am writing this to you as there is no POINT in choosing Expedited shipping eh?
I got a message on Wednesday that it will be delivered to me on Thursday(though this will be 4th day).
On Thursday, I got a message it is delayed and I contacted UPS to help track my package. They told me its in UPS centre in sunnyvale and you can pick it up, I went there and got no response and told me to check back later that night. I went back again that night and still nothing and told me they don’t know, check back tomorrow.
Next day went there and same thing. I travelled more than 160 miles in two days just to get hold on this package but still what I got is nothing. I even called main centre and UPS’s 800 number, still everytime I call them I wait for 25 mins to get to the agent as waiting time, than they will take my number and ask me to wait for their in 1 hr and if that doesn’t happen call this number back.
This continued for 4 times in a day as it was very important for me to get my Camera otherwise I knew I am screwed and that happened.
They told me today you will get package on Monday and they cannot do anything about it. More than 8 days since shipped? Really?
I really need answer to this and I am extremely disappointed with this service.
For you it was just a mere shipping product but for me it was my Job.
Hope you understand this situation and follow up back, as no legal action can bring back my job!

"Ordered a computer (15" MacBook Pro) on Black Friday 2017, the computer went on backorder after the order was already submitted and paid. Cancelled the first order and purchased a second computer that was still in stock. After waiting 3+ days the computer was still not shipped. Apple's Refurbished website had the computer available for $200 less than the sale price (Apple's refurb computers are top notch-better than new quality control and perfect condition). So I cancelled the second order on the website. If the computer had shipped within a day or two, I would've stuck with my purchase on this website."

"I ordered a new Sony A6500. I found it online but had a question. The Adorama "Chat" assistant was right there with the answer. I finished the order and was informed via email when it had shipped. At this point it has not yet arrived but it has only been 5 business days and I did not order priority shipping.
I have ordered a number of items from Adorama ove the years and even sold used photo equipment to them. I have always found the company to go the extra distance to assure customer satisfaction. They even went directly to Adobe when I had problems getting Lightroom (Adorama super deal) to unlock. We had me, the Adorama customer service rep and the Adobe vice president in charge of customer service in a three way call. Adobe apologized."

"My experience with Adorama is always good, but to get that 5th star, Adorama has to explore ways to compete with everyone else in terms of shipping. Sure, everyone seems to have free shipping, but waiting over a week for a common item that is small enough to fit in a mailbox is zaney; I would have paid extra for shipping if I knew free shipping meant "wait forever." You shouldn't have to have a fee-based-membership to get faster shipping. Even Walmart ships 2 day for free now. I realize Adorama isn't Amazon or Walmart, but, I find Adorama stuff on Amazon and I can use my membership there to do different things. The prices are only competitive when there's a sale, and the shipping is free but it's slow. That said, I'm still 4 stars on Adorama for one reason: customer service. It's the only reason I ship Adorama, because I know they will make it right if things are not good. That said, I'd shop Adorama more often if shipping was better than 7 days and there were more competitive sales/discounts."
