Totally trashed my cameras; stole some items; and destroyed two camera bags/cases. Read Better Business Bureau reviews to see how well Adorama does its used camera function. Jack Gold, Stephanie Mrillo, and others are the least professional people I ever experienced, and the BBB reviews specify Jack and Stephanie. I filed complaints with BBB, NY Attorney General, and USAA Membershop hoping to safeguard innocent customers. Steer clear of Adorama...especially the used gear section. Go to a reputable company, not Adorama. "
