"I must admit that I have not been using Adorama frequently for my online purchases, but I did make enough of them over the years to notice their continuous professionalism and customer-centric attitude. I decided to write this review based on my last experience with them, as well as all those successful transactions that happened in the past.
This was one of those rare cases where I had to reach out to the seller and return an item for a replacement. Adorama not only responded to my inquiry within hours, but also accepted the return without asking too many questions, and even agreed to deviate from standard procedure and make small adjustments in the process, which I personally requested. They handled the entire transaction very professionally.

"I ordered a Streaklight 360, transmitter & receiver (R2) and softbox on October 5th. As of 9:30PM on October 12th my order is still "Processing". This is the second time I've experienced delayed shipment with no explanation as to why. It is stated on their website FAQ if there is a problem with the order I would be notified within 1 business day. My email box remains empty. This is extremely frustrating and I will not be purchasing any goods from Adorama in the future. "

Contacted customer service (10/9/17), and was told that nothing (filing a request to the manufacturer) could be done until after the holiday, or sometime after October 18th. Very disappointed with Adorama. A long story that has much detail. Bad experience"
