"I have bought from them before with no issues. This time the dye sublet ink was used when we received it. I first noticed it when the film was all wrinkled and miss aligned on the roller. After looking further into it I can see other faces on it. And the rolls of paper looked crush or smashed. Luckily I was able to straight up the paper. I am hoping this was just a fluke "
