"My wife ordered a number of outfits for a boudoir shoot that she had to cancel, the shipping was delayed over 10days because Adore me goes for the cheapest route possible. Her order is delayed since they used USPS to Pitney Bowes. Money out the window and Adorme basically said too bad."

"I generally LOVE Adore Me, but their return policy is a SCAM. DO NOT just think if you send it back they get it. They throw it somewhere and then 3 months later CHARGE YOU WIHTOUT NOTICE. My credit card company told me about the charge. I sent everything back as I was supposed to within DAYS. And they don't have proper customer service, so you can't really get help from one person. My charge was refunded after not too much trouble, BUT IT SHOULD NOT HAPPEN. AWFUL, AWFUL SYSTEM!!!!!!!"
"The link in the app to track your box is linked to USPS. It never pulled any date. I had to copy the number and drop it in USP to track my box. It kept getting delayed. The products themselves were amazing and will buy again! They just need to fix the app and who they ship with or stop with the estimated delivery date. "
