"First of all, my order arrived 5-7 days outside the estimated time frame (and too late for what i needed them for). Then, they made a big deal about waiving the restocking fee as a "one time courtesy" even though they were the ones at fault. They wouldn't let me return the stockings even though they were unopened and, again, it was the company's fault they needed to be returned. On top of that, the fit and quality of the items was quite poor, so I likely would've had to return them anyway."
