"I've ordered from here multiple times and have officially decided never to do it again. I keep WANTING to wear what I order but not one single item that I've received actually fits properly. It's not even a fit that I can send back and get a different size, it's just awkwardly made for my body type. "

Took longer than expected and too small

"Was looking for a strapless bra, unfortunately the shipping time was longer than expected and didn’t arrive in time. Also, I used the size chart for ordering their suggested size but it was too small by quite a bit. "

Needs improvement

"When you order for buy one get one it only allow you get the same color and style only which I don't like because I like varieties not getting the same colors or same style run a sale on buy one get for all not just to buy the same style and color."

Do not recommend

"I paid extra for shipping but yet is got here 10days after what was expected which was also after the expectation of the free shipping and once it got here on my my bras was ripped and the underwear didn’t even match the picture. Terrible experience I would not waste my money here again!"

Fun Service, Returning Items beware

"I was charged for damaged items never worn, its okay to try on, so they say, I did. I have never worn a single item returned for more than 1 minute because you know when something doesn't fit or make you feel good. The fact that the email sent about the item received says nothing in the title so you thing okay cool they received my box. Then boom, they charge you what you think is the "styling fee" oh, wait, no, thats for a "damaged item"... sneaky and dishonest business practices."

We are sorry to hear that your returned set has failed our warehouse inspection. As a lingerie company, we place great importance on the sanitary aspect of our products. For this reason, all items sent back to us will go through a sanitary inspection when received in our warehouse.

Moreover, it's not in our intention to suggest that you willingly and knowingly sent back a dirty item, nor that you have worn it. Even from trying on a set mishaps can happen due to the smallest of things, like the smell of perfume, or deodorant that leaves visible marks on the item.

Even so, we want to turn this Elite experience into a great one so as one-time courtesy, we have now refunded the $20.00 that was charged for it, back to your card's account and it should show up within 1-3 business days.

Going forward, please make sure to return the unwanted sets need in their new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. Returns received dirty, damaged, or incomplete will not be accepted.
