I ordered some items. 1 item I ordered I did not receive due to a shipping error.
I reached out to their customer service to get resolved. They offered me a credit for the sale price I paid, instead of sending me what I ordered. However, when I go to order another pair the price has changed, and the credit doesn't cover the cost... plus I'd now have to pay shipping.
DO NOT BUY FROM ADORE ME. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR SERVICE. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.
Also, their lacey items are extremely uncomfortable and sizing is not the same across the board... I ordered 2 separate items in the same size, one is smaller than the other."
