I'm sorry to let you know that you’ve exceeded the 30-days-since-the-order's-delivery-date time limit that’s currently allowed for exchanges & returns. Normally, there’s nothing we can do if your order wasn’t shipped back during this timeframe.
However, as a one-time courtesy, I’ve approved an exchange in your account.
You can now process the exchange/return on your own, by logging into your Adore Me account and following the steps below:
Go to My Orders
Select the order which you’d like to Exchange/Return, by clicking the Arrow sign found on the right side of the screen, pointing right.
Click on the Create Return/Exchange button that's found at the bottom of the next page.
Opt for either an Exchange or Return then, click Continue
In the next page, click on the Print Label button and follow the easy steps to Return or Exchange your order.
Please refrain from returning packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays.
Just a heads up: if you’re returning for a refund and not exchanging - items are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee per set.
Kindly return your entire set in its new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition. Returns received dirty, damaged or incomplete will not be accepted.
