"I asked Tech Support to help install and initialize EasyBackUp. They took over my PC and made this happen. The Support was very good.
I will point out one piece of information they should keep in mind. They informed me that the initialization would take 4-6 hours -- so be patient. In reality, the initial Upload took 2 days and 13 hours.. This uploaded 40,000 files and 32 Gigabytes of data. My upload speed on the Internet ranged from 500 kilobytes per second to just under 1 megabytes per second.
I was patient and this Very Long process was successful."
