"The techs were very conscientious; However, I have discovered that since their work, my brand new dell lap top will no longer connect to the internet (this isn't the computer they worked on). The system does not get a default gateway. I had to completely restore the laptop to the factory image that was in place prior to receiving it a week ago. I'm not sure if what they did could have created a firewall that would block access?"
