"I have relied on ATS several times and all my quiries were answered and problems fixed effectively and expeditiously. Yeasterday my experience was mixed. I requested fixing too slow booting and recurrent freezing of some applications, in particular the Internet Explorer, and asked to activate Malwarebytes whose trial period has expired. When these issues were apparently resolved at the first session, I could not start the computer. It took two more sessions to fix that. At least twice the distant session was broken and was renewed only after I called myself. The three sessions together lasted 10 hours. Eventually the technician told me that the problems were caused by conflicts between Panda and Malwarebytes -- both programs that ATS has installed. One thing of a general nature may be improved. It seems that the notes passed from one specialist to another are either incomplete or are instantly erased when the session is over. As a result if a problem persists or another develops, there is a need to repeat, often several times, what the complaints are. "
