"ATS is looking after my network with two laptops and a desktop with a host of printers.
It has been worth every penny and I cannot recommend them enough to anybody.
I always minimize the screen page they put up when working, so I can learn from what they are doing. It becomes very clear their Senior Technicians are very expert.

"When I said to the technician that we have to pay for 0800 calls from the UK, he was very understanding. I've had two calls back from him in the past six hours (18 and 5 minutes, transatlantic) and he has obviously gone to some trouble to resolve my Windows Vista Ultimate problem. That's quite a service, in my view."

"I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED FROM ADVANCED TECH SUPPORT. THEY SPENT OVER 10 HOURS GETTING MY COMPUTER BACK TO RUNNING NORMAL. TWO OF THEIR TECH SUPPORT PEOPLE WORKED ALMOST ALL DAY.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY ONE NEEDING ASSISTANCE IN GETTING THEIR COMPUTER RUNNING SMOOTHLY.

"I like the service I get from ATS, they are smart and knowledgable of all the technical stuff that I have no clue on for my Computer.
All the Techs that I have had contact with are polite and very helpful no matter how simple or involved! They have helped me clean up the Hard drive and get the obsolete software off the PC.
I would not be with out this service it is the best! Thanks ATS! You people are the greatest......

"my computer crashed last night. I bought Reg Cure. I spent 75 minutes on the telephone with a tech one specialist from ATS who was very patient and sold me an ATS package for £170 and tried to sell me a real-time protection package for another £150. I bought the former and not the latter. At his request I left my computer on all night long and they did Tech 3 tune on it. In the morning I started my computer and it was worse than ever. I rang ATS who promptly tried to sell me the real-time protection software again. This time I bought it for £72. Then this operator who again had also been very patient told me that they would check my computer and again and have it working by the time I got back 4 hours later. I did get back 4 hours later and the computer was in a complete mess with Windows all over the screen and nothing working. I rang ATS again and another technician again very patient made me shut the whole computer down started up again and he connected and he has solved the problem in about 10 minutes!! Why did he solve it within 10 minutes and your other operators took 10 hours to make the computer worse. I have had a very frustrating time with advanced tech support, but it does look as though you have now solved the problem and my computer is clear, clean and fast again but I cannot say that it was an enjoyable experience"
