"It was with a great deal of trepidation that I googled for a company to help me fix whatever it was that was causing both my desktop and my laptop to perform like molasses on a frigid day.
I selected Advanced Tech Support and did my first scans with their software, which detected 10,008 errors/problems of one sort or another. Clearly my computers needed a little attention.
The end of the story is that they cleaned things up and both machines are running smoothly and are much better protected than before from malware. But what impressed me most about ATS was their people - they were patient, professional, prompt, properly communicative, and I'm going to repeat patient because I'm not that knowledgable about this area.

"I'm a first time user with Advanced Tech Support, Your tech worked on my computer remotely for appx. 4-5 hrs to make sure my computer was safe & clear of all critical virsues, and other critical issues; I was having problems with my internet. I had a AT&T tech come out to my home to work on a issue I was having; If AT& T was using your product to check my computer performance, then your software must be trust worthy and very good, I also purchased 3 software packages along with your Advanced Tech Support. I'm a very happy camper and assured my computer is in excellent hands and won't crash on me and help me prevent Identity Theft.. That gives me a peace of mind. I cancelled the company I was with; and feel reassured that my computer is being checked for ongoing issues consistently. I found both your Tech Support and Customer Service staff to be very proactive and professional team players, going above and beyond to be sure I was a very satisfied customer. Thank you & your staff for all you do. I'm a very happy camper!!!!! And love working with your friendly and supportive staff. They are always ready to solve my computer issues and always professional. I wish I had known about them before now; I don't think there could be a better Advanced Tech Support team out there.
