"Hi I'm a business owner . I was trying to perform a normal day to day operations & noticed that my computer was slowing down & taking longer when changing from different systems. I typed in search box & located advanced tech support. Called the number. I was helped well with in reason no real waiting .mind you it was getting late at night. I was transferred to technical & right away they did a analysis on my computer & they located all sorts of problems. From viruses & malware to junk files you name it was there. I was given the option of locating my own computer repair place which I would have to take in somewhere on my time which would have stopped business. This is my only computer. Not a real option for me. They offered me second option which they could do it remotely & I didn't even need to be there. So I paid for the process & sided up for maintenance program which allows them access remotely. They also spoke with me & told me a lot of my problems were because I had no malware protection which I thought I had but after they explained it . I did not & of course that wasn't the only cause but definitely a problem. So they sold me the malware . Which I own & it never expires . It's a really great plan. I was able to leave my work for the night. Returned the next say & it's was all done & ready to go for me including a email stating all was taken care of & my computer is protected properly & is performing properly.
