"I had received support on 07 June and somehow the session ended early and as a result a myriad of "help" programs, search engines, tool bars were left on my machine and these demanded money and registration and attention along with a crowd of popups which refused to go away.
I called for assistance on 08 June to get rid of these issues and I think they have been resolved."
