"I have had several Tech Support Services throughout the years, and I can sincerely say that I am so glad to have found Advanced Tech Support which was through an Ad that was on a company site, even happier that I clicked on it, since I was having problems that my cable company could not resolve. But Advance Tech Support did, yes! In the short time that I have been a customer, I have been able to call them with issues regarding my computer several times, since I am not much of a techie person, so while being on a learning curve with computer technology they are there for me 24/7. I assure you it has been a great experience having Advance Tech Support as a service, they surpass any other tech service that I have ever had, their technicians are very courteous and have a lot of patience being that computers can be so very frustrating at times, the techs were extremely helpful, they go above and beyond to get the job done, if at all possible, and mostly they are right on target. I would gladly recommend them to anyone seeking an amazing tech support service, the cost of this service is minimal compared to what I have had to pay in the past for one-time service or have been asked for a one year service, this is a life time service, you can not beat it. I haven not seen their products yet, but will be checking it out soon. Thanks again techs, you are great!"

I feel safe leaving my desktop PC with ATS who is working overnight to fix the PC problem . Coming back to the office the next day and have my computer back on line is a sight of relief and very satisfied with ATS service.
