However, when my laptop began running excruciatingly slow I started looking for help online and found Advanced Tech support. The remote handling and problem solving was wonderful! Even though it took 3 times (keep fingers crossed) to I hope .. get all the 'bad guys' out, I am so relieved to know I have proven people I can contact now when a problem arises. They seemed to care about my problems and were stayed on task until it was resolved. They recommended better protection programs for me to install and supposedly was able to adjust some pricing because of 'senior' status. "

"I bought service over the internet for my two computers on Wednesday 06/11/14; at that time they did the service on my main lap top at home. On Thursday 06/12/2014 I called back to have them do the clean up service on my traveling lap top. While they were remoted in on the second lap top I tried to get on the first lap top and it froze up on me. So when they finished doing the remote cleanup on #2 I called back about #1 freezing on me. They once again remoted into first computer to fix it. When they were done my printer wouldn't work again; which is why I originally bought the service. I left on a trip on Friday and when I got to my destination I attempted to sign on to my traveling lap top and the computer screen stayed black. I called back on Friday night about the black screen and was told after 2-3 hours of trying to restore the computer with no success; that I would have to wait to get home with my other computer so they could send me the files I needed to restore my computer. When I returned home on Monday computer #1 was blocked and couldn't get on the internet either. I had also purchase Panda Security system from Advanced tech support when I first purchase their service all total the bill came to $819.00 plus. Wow what a deal; I am the sucker and every time I call in I ask for a refund and to have my computers restored to where it was before they touched either one and all they say is we will fix it this time and we are sorry for all your troubles. Really? I don't believe them any more. I have 1-3 hours each time I call to wait for them to fix it. In other words don't buy this service."

"It can be a bit of a gamble buying products on-line, especially with the distance between New Zealand, where I live, and USA.
However, for some reason I felt I was able to trust ATS from the beginning. At first they provided me with a Driver Update programme, and immediately the beneficial effects on my computer were apparent. It was faster, smoother, easier to handle.
Then I decided to have the whole PC Tune-Up done. This actually took three more sessions, but was infinitely worth it. My computer works wonderfully well now!
I found that the technicians were polite and deferential, and kind too. They were professional in their approach, and patient in explaining procedure to me or going over something again which wasn't quite right.
It has been a real pleasure to do business with ATS , and I would not hesitate to recommend you to anybody. Many thanks for all your help!"
