"Easy as 1,2,3...Tech took over my computer and deleted thousands of error files and such in about 3 hours. I had no way to stop all the pop ups and ads everytime I went online. Excellant job. More money than I was planning to spend at the time, but overall a great deal cheaper then taking it out to be cleaned and have no computer for a week or more."

"This last tech was of fast and good help. Others in past have been a mixture of good and bad. Problems, tho may or may not be minor, on an average, take up to 8 hours to take care of. Techs disappear, leave no info for reason, and have to be contacted again to check or renew and continue progress. When I get a tech that knows what they are doing then the experience is great. But most of the time have to go thru multiple techs foulups to reach that point."

"Seems to have taken a few calls to get the system operating. Each time the system worked for a day then failed again. This is the third time AT has had the computer... aproximately 10-12 hours including the loading of numerous "new" software products to increase level of protection/clean registry/PCMRI/etc. I am just using this computer after the last attempt, so don't know what tomorro holds."
