I had a lenghtly conversation with Shon and pleased he was in the U.S. He explained what had to be done and after I turned over my computer to the tech I went to bed. "The first technician Nicholas was helpful. When the connection was lost I called again, but the technician number Nicholas gave me because the screen went black and I didn't want to touch my computer because I didn't know if I should, I was on hold for 41 minutes. I couldn't wait any longer, so I took the chance and turned my computer on and I saw "call senior technician. I called this number and the first woman that "TRIED" to help couldn't really help me and reverted me back to the automated part of the phone call and clicked "1" again for me get another technician. I guess she didn't want to help me! Once I got the new technician, he finished the job, so therefore I am writing this complaint/survey."
